I got online with an old Linksys WRT54G router I had sitting around, flashed with dd-wrt to act as a wireless bridge. It was actually pretty easy to set up and works perfectly. I'd recommend this option, or buying a wireless bridge, over buying Microsoft's $90 wireless adapter.

could you expand on "old school ones" ? Maybe a link or something, since Im unsure of what I need really. Just looking for the cheapest route.
