Xbox Live Video Message?

[FONT=&quot]Quite some time ago I read that you would be able to leave a video message for somebody. And that the message length of standard voice only messages would move from 15 sec to 30 sec. I am trying to find the article again, but am having no luck. But I like both Ideas.

Anybody know if these will be in the next update?[/FONT]
