Well, you probably already know about the Amazon deal? Make four video game purchases from their store and get four $10 credits towards Live. (It's around $48 for a year, I think.) That's the only one I know, sorry.

I've been thinking about selling all 3 of mine on ebay for $37-40 but I can't ignore all the horror stories about people claiming that the code doesn't work.
