xbox memory card

If you can find a sharkboard or madcatz universal headset at a local Gamestop then it'll come with a USB adaptor for the memory card slot. You can then use any USB flashdrive so you'll have a huge memory card. I use a 128MB flash drive and I can fit a ton of saves on it (over 100 games).

Nope, nor does it recognize Xbox formated flash drives.

Thats a good idea. I think I have one lying around somewhere.

Then I don't get why the OP wants to back up their saves then since they won't have an Xbox any more.

Pretty good advice. Since many Xbox-only games are designed to save on the hard drive, they won't even fit onto a standard Xbox memory card since it only holds 8MB.

The official memory cards are on clearance at CompUSA for $10. They're also on clearance at Target, but probably long gone now.
