Xbox One: Play and Charge Kit or Dock?

Hey guys,

I got an Xbox One the other day and was curious on what is recommended for rechargeables.  I like that the official Play and Charge kit has Li-Ion batteries but kind of prefer the Energizer charge kit out there (but uses Ni-Mh).  What's your experience with either of these (or any other kits)?  I haven't had an Xbox since the first one (kind of odd that I now have the Xbox One)

I've been using the official play and charge kit and have zero complaints about it. The battery life on it is fantastic.

I have the play & charge kit. It'll be better with the actual battery indicator update coming. Right now, I don't know when it'll run out, so I don't like to plug it in when it's not empty because I like having it wireless, and I always forget to plug it in after if I want to charge it, so for right now, I like the dock better, but with the upcoming update, I think I'll prefer the Play & Charge.

I just wish they had something similar to the 360 with the battery dock. (Unless I've missed that somewhere?)
