i was wondering if there were any deals on xbox one.... i think imma grab sum old games for cheap or used ones and play them and then later on jus upgrade to a 360 wen theres a price drop... any suggestions?

Use/refurbishedd is your only bet. Xbox systems are not being made anymore, and finding one at the store for less than (much less at) retail price is nearly impossible.
