XMB Navigation Help

Merry Christmas CAGers! And what better way to spread the holiday cheer than by helping me out? I have my PS3 set to output at 720p only and I came home for the holidays, plugged it into my mom's standard def TV, and realized that it won't display. Now I have to get it to 480 without being able to see the XMB. Can someone look at their XMB and tell me how many times I have to push left, down, x, etc to reach the part under display so I could change it to 480? Thanks in advance and have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Winter Solistice, or non-denominational seasonal event.

4 clicks to the left.
10 clicks down.
Press 'X'.
Press 'X'.
2 clicks down.
Press 'X'.
Press 'X'.

That'll change you from HDMI to composite cable.

While the system is off, hold down the power button for approximately five seconds. You should hear a beep when done correctly.
