Year of live for cheap? (360)

I plan on purchasing Saint's Row by the end of the month, and since I plan to play online, I would like to buy a years worth of live real soon. What is the cheapest place to buy one? Under $40 with tax sounds great.
 
Yeah that is about the cheapest you will get. the only other option is checking a local Target Store and try to find an Original Xbox Live Starter Kit on clearance or in a case that no one has touched. I think they come up under $40.00?

They just dropped to $24.98 at my local target.
 
TRU and Target are right next to eachother for me, so I will check both stores this week and pick up a year of live. Possibly two cards if I can.
