We agreed that he would send me Road Trip, Van Wilder, Good Will Hunting, American Pie and the first season of the Simpsons for $35. After 14 days, (sent money the 1st) today, I received a package with just Road Trip and the Simpsons. I tried contacting him and he won't reply and I can tell he's been on today. BEWARE! Do not trade with him. I'll be taking this up with mail fraud and filing a complaint with PayPal on him.

Yeah but it looks like this one really got hosed, unless multiple packages are being shipped. Still would have waited a few days trying to contact the seller before calling foul.

Obviously, considering 3/4 of the four bad trader threads posted in these last few days have been antsy people jumping the gun. Look at what you started, Zewone! Ironically, yours was the only legit one. :lol:
 
I really think that, if someone has a LEGIT complaint about a trader, they should just PM a mod. The mod can then decide whether or not to inform the community of any actions taken, or whether or not we should be careful when dealing with a particular member.
 
When we made the trade, it was all well and dandy. Then he turned into one of the guys that talks in all lower-case, can't spell and speak correctly. Now, he just doesn't reply.
 
Well, why shouldn't they be worried. Nobody should take ANYWHERE near a MONTH to ship out something! That's just pure laziness.

It might be in separate packages though. I once traded with trustcompany1013 (great trader!) and he sent me two games in two separate envelope. I'm sure he had his reason for doing so. When one package came first, I PM'd him asking him politely if he had forgotten to mail one of the games out. He replied a while later and explained he ahd used two separate packages. The other game came the next day and that was good enough for me.


Moral of the story - don't jump to conclusions. Give the person you're trading with more than a day to get back in contact with you. Not everyone has the free time you may have.
 
hey man!!!! i told you that the package was large so i sent it as two packages, instead of being a bitch an whining in a chat room, why dont you email me!!! and as far as 14 days, go i told you that media mail takes 7 - 10 business days, and yoiu paid me on a saturday before the holiday weekend, thus the 7 - 10 day window began on tuesday. so since you filed a complaint with paypal, i expect you to send my movies back!!!!!!

I am so sick and tired of these whiny individuals who feel the need to vent in the trading forum. If someone screwed you, just give him negative feedback. It'll show up in the feedback tally and people can review it at their leisure to see who the shady traders are.

with that said this thread is locked.

nneace is a good trader from personal experience and very easy to deal with. What he said about media mail is true as well. It took like 3 weeks for a guide to reach its destination once, and from then on I vowed to never ship media mail again
