Yet More Craigslist Stupidity!

Hello! I have a brand new Metal Gear Rising game for Xbox 360 that I'm selling.
The game is brand new, has never been played, and comes with both Metal Gear Rising discs, but does not come with the original case.
I bought these games because I needed the case for a project, but I don't play video games so I have no use for the actual game.
Metal Gear Rising only came out a few weeks ago, and I bought it at $65 in a retail store.
I am asking for $30 or best offer.

He paid $65 just for a case? lol b.s. More likely he took the game out of the case at the store he stole them at.
 
Well, in his defense, I don't see any Metal Gear Rising cases for sale on eBay, aside from the steelbook case. And I've never known GameStop to sell the cases for newer games. Keep in mind that this guy probably wanted the artwork/insert more than anything.

Of course, it may very well be bullshit, but much dumber things have been true.

This is in perfect playing condition. However, it has lost it's magical properties and cannot be used in the same way as it was used in Hyrule those many years ago.

I just moved to the area yesterday. Selling this will help me get on my feet.

I posted this in the other thread, but I bought a lot of 60-70 PSX games for $70. I felt bad for the guy (maybe he played me, if he did then touche).

The reason I mention it is that he is yet another in a long line of people who think they are giving you an amazing deal when they offer you a collection of games with scratched discs, cracked cases and tons of sports titles for a discounted price.

People just can't get it through there heads that not every video game is worth at least $15 (maybe a slight exaggeration). The idea that Madden '98 is worthless is a foreign concept.

I would highly doubt an ad for $1million dollar headphones as being serious, however the person who posted the ad went out of their way to write up the ad as such.

I'm not sure if the guy is telling the truth or not but I find it funny when people expect complete strangers to trust them. Just like we are to each other on CAG those craigslist posts are just words on a screen.
