This is a former crackhouse located off Clifford Ave. Its boarded up, and as per the norm, all copper piping, appliances and furnace/H20 have been removed by the crack addicts. In addition, these fine chaps also took the courtousey to remove the windows.

This house has great potential, but needs a tenant who will give it the TLC it needs.

It has 6 Bedrooms, 1 bath.

I am flexible on rent and downpayment. I just need somoene in there asap who can fix it while living there. I am also willing to work out a rent to own.

Man, I remember back when our NES stopped working, we were afraid to say anything for fear of a whooping for breakin a $130 "toy". until one day my dad asked how come we never play it any more. To our suprise he tried everything he could think of and when it didn't work called Nintendo. Sent it in, they sent it back saying that they fixed it, still didn't work, and he bought us a new one. After a year, for some reason I pulled out the broken one and plugged it in with the new one's ac adaptor and it worked! it was the ac adapter all along.

But if it had broke it because we fell and dropped it or we broke it....accidental or not. We definately would have to replace it ourselves and at age 7 and 9? Impossible

BTW, you guys should take a look at the "deals" :roll: in the cars/trucks sections.

I'm full on expecting amazing deals due to the economic meltdown over here, particularly for the higher end luxury calls. Basically, I'm looking to lowball the fuck out of some dumb sucker real estate agent, mortgage broker/banker former high roller type that overpaid for his little penis status car and take it from him on the cheap.

So I am attempting to sell my DS Lite again on Craigslist. Big mistake. I have people offering me $70, $75. I wasn't aware I had put $90 or best offer anywhere on the ad. I would like to think that my English is pretty good. I get a reply to my ad from a guy "Will you accept $75?" to which I simply reply "No." He counters back "What is the lowest? 80?" I tell him the lowest is $90. He replies back "I will buy it for $80 tomorrow." I simply say "no you will not." I was fighting hard not to give him a fake address.
