Was going to go buy Madden 07 Hall of Fame Edition at Target this morning because I had a gift card, but no luck. So I go to the Wal-Mart up the road and they have an "Advertised Special" price tag in front of Madden 07 (360) for $47.84. Now I know this is probably not nationwide, but I had to share because some in the area might be able to capitalize. For those near and around Clarksville this price was at the Wilma Rudolph Wal-Mart. I ended up buyin a Hall of Fame Edition at the one on Ft. Campbell Blvd./41-A. While there I scanned a copy of the regular version and the scanner told me to see an associate, so it might be $47.84 as well.

I am not into Madden right now, but other fellow CAG members might have interest in this question. Is there anyway to get CC to do there price match policy and get it for $43.19? I mean Walmarts price is now technically less.
 
I got a pretty good deal on Madden today. I went to CC but they were out of 360 copies. On my way out I grabbed a flier and went over to BB. Instead of price matching, they gave me a $15 gift card, which actually made it cheaper than the CC deal if you include tax. $64.96 - 15.00 = $49.96.
 
If you pricematch at Bestbuy using CC's flier, shouldn't it be like 10% less than CC's price? Shouldn't it come out to something like $43 at Best Buy?
 
If you bought the hall of fame edition and the regular was 47.84 then how much was the hall of fame edition at Walmart?

Indeed, I got a 360 today at CC and they ran out of Maddens so I went to Walmart and pricematched it, then when I was walking away from the electronics the cashier told another employee to fix the price, so that Walmart now has Madden for $48 I assume.

Unfortunately the Hall of Fame Edition is still $69.99.

Mine did too. Even if I don't like the game, I can trade it in for what I paid for it.
