posted one ad... about an hour later went to post another (2nd ad in months), can't post it, am being told to still wait longer? has this happened to anyone, how long does it usually take to be able to post another ad..? i see people posting 5 things at once on there some times, all overpriced, i can't list my stuff that's fairly priced though, lulz. :lol:

Have you phone verified with CL? They time limit people to a certain number of ads to prevent what they feel are spam posters. However, once you phone verify(they send you an automated call with a verification code that you then enter in on CL someplace if I remember correctly) then you can post as many as you want.

As for other people's stuff being 'overpriced' that's a matter of opinion, though some of them probably overprice it like I do because of all of the lowballers on there. I price stuff about 50% more than what I want so they can 'haggle'(even if I put FIRM on the listing) and at least feel like they're getting a deal, even if I'm actually getting the amount I initially wanted anyway.

yeah, there's some stuff fairly priced... but if you don't believe me feel free to check the maine craigslist, these people try to sell standard def tvs for $100 and stuff, it's madness. but thanks I'll give that a try, im not phone verified.
