Yeah its a pain in the ass to find a good room mate. The new seems to think that because i don't have a job, that I should be cleaning the entire apt all day everyday. Seeing as the only car that is useable is mine, and I drive him to and from work and where else he wants to go from time to time and my partner uses my car, I'm pissed at him. I've yet to bring it up to him though...

On another note, looks like the landlords left a little bit ago, I hop all they did was just paint the porch railings. Plus is getting dark really quickly so I don't think they could do much else...

I've gotten a lot of stuff for myself, dude. :lol: But I see what you mean, and while I don't feel obligated to get anyone anything, I do want to get something for a few friends who're having a crappy time.
 
I mean, I'm not that hard to get along with... I'm basacially the same IRL that I am on here. Plus, I'd rather have a female roomie just because I get along better with females 95% of the time.

Shit, I only have one male friend and then the peeps I talk to on CAG... most males in Tampa are idiots. They are of the "Hey I'm going to walk around without a shirt and drink all the time and talk about stupid things".

At least females can hold a conversation.

Sounds like a fox friend of mine. He's got a transvestite roommate who's less than savoury to live with.
 
I had roommates for six years and regretted it. Too much crap for the financial benefit. And when three years of it were two roommates that ended up fighting with one another for most of the time, fuck it, I'm on my own. Plus, no end of excuses of why the money was never there for rent, utilities, or whatever else it was. :roll:

Eight years later, never looked back from being on my own.

Good luck in finding a good, responsible roommate.
 
Living at home for me is no big deal at the moment. I just turned 18, I'm working and going back for my Sophmore year in January, not to mention I have like my own wing of the house to myself. All I could ask for is my own fridge, but that would be overkill. Would rather have a 360 anyways.

I got a question asking if I had a BiN Price. I told them I didn't post one because I wasn't sure what fair ebay value was. So I'll just go with what the bids are.

According to Ebay it goes somewhere from 13-26. But I think I'm one of the only ones who has it new and sealed.
