Your 2008 Backlog...thread

To update....Beat Mass Effect a couple months ago, got rid of my wii so never got those stars in Mario. Orange Box I beat all the Half-Life 2 Episodes a while back adn just ditched it on Goozex. CoD4 I've been long done with single player but still play online a couple times a week. Finally, haven't touched Forza 2, did play a little Marvel UA with a friend a couple weeks ago.

So that backlog is pretty well cleared out, but joining Goozex is giving me a new one.

Just got:

Puzzle Quest (DS)

Games in the mail:

Oblivion
Gears of War (played it through twice in co-op with a friend at launch,

Coming pending seller acceptance:

Guitar Hero 2 (and I'm still playing GH3)
Crackdown

A couple others I'll probably add to my requests when I get some more points.

Not too big of a backlog I guess, and there's not really anything coming out this summer that's a must buy, so I'll just work on those. Doubt I'll get through them this summer though since I'll be busy teaching an undergrad course and finishing and defending my dissertation prospectus.

What's sad is that I've completed turned my PS2 collection over (I think 2-3 games I actually bought when I had just a PS2 remain), tripled my PS3 collection, doubled my Wii collection and cleared out my GC RPGs since March 1st. I'm pretty sure I've obtained every game I wanted to that was already released, so I'm at least that far... only new releases from now on unless something obscure that I never heard of pops up.

I think the only game I regret letting go of was Tales of Symphonia.. but I spent about 60 hours on it and there's no way I'd ever dig back into it in the future.

Beat Crackdown and Puzzle Quest. Gears of War I beat on Casual solo, on hardcore with a friend, and have been off and on working on insane on co-op with the same friend. GH2 trade got canceled.


Currently playing Call of Duty 2.


"Backlog" is GTAIV that I just got off amazon in the 44.99 sale, and Oblivion still hasn't been touched. Haven't touched Marvel UA again, and still haven't touched Forza 2. Doubt those will ever get played.

Finished CoD2 Sunday night. WIll fire up GTA IV this weekend when I get back in town from a business trip.
