How does this work?

----> D. Greened or Pending
3. PM Me Your Referral Link after greening.
4. The top 2 people will stay on top for one week or until you recieve 3 Referrals.
5. Each week, the conga will rotate. (Last week's top 2 will go to the bottom and the next 2 will now be on top)

I don't have a credit card, but I am getting a debit card. Do they work as credit cards?
 
I bit, but I don't feel like doing multiple offers when there are plenty of other websites (TraInn) in which you only have to do one.

(All of the free offers give you partial credit, meaning you'll have to do more than one to receive full credit.)

Most free offers offer 1/3 points. That is only 3 free offers and you end up paying $0 still.
