Zelda - Link to the Past now available on the VC Channel - 800 points

I never played it, all you are chumps for paying more then 8 bucks for this.

No not really, but I thought it would be cool to flip the argument that 8 bucks is too much for this game. I'll get it but not tonight, I have too many games to play. And I can always DL this game, it's not going to become rare like a game you buy at a B&M.

This is well worth $8. When XBLA is charging $10 for Novadrome (craptacular) you know this is a good deal. I would pay $20 for this (but lets not give them any ideas...)

I did the smart(cheap) thing and pulled out my GBA version instead of downloading and started that again. I've said it once and I'll say it again, Zelda Link to the Past is just about the perfect gaming experience and easily my favorite game of all time.

That IGN review seemed pretty bitter about the rest of the Zelda series. I'm guessing that guy didn't like TP much.

Time for a classic controller.

I saw a classic controller last night and ALMOST picked it up to play this game, but I have the Hori GBA controller for the gamecube and that works just as well.

I'm tempted to pick one of those up, but I have a Wavebird and I don't mind the console looking ugly for a while. There's just way too many things that I need to get for the Wii before I start buying extra accesories I don't really need.
Anyone know if the gamecube zelda collector's disc works on the wii? If it does, then with the VC LttP download we can finally play every console Zelda on one system. (well, not counting the CDi ones.)
You could have every Zelda on the GC with the GB Player. And the Wii has a GC built into it, so it will play all GC discs.

You can spend $20 for it, on the GBA.
