You can also just go to Target and get it. Its on the front page of their Sunday ad. Also for $39.99 is GoW, Marvel Alliance (360/PS3), NFS: Carbon (360/PS3), and Tony Hawks Project 8 (360/PS3).

Edit: looking further it appears it's otherwise exempted. Oh well, still a good deal IMO. Will still probably get it.
