CAGiversary!
I don't know if it's been mentioned (I don't see it within the past day or so of posts) but Circuit City now has Zelda:TWP for the WII up for sale.

http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/productDetail.do?oid=162898&WT

Free shipping, too...

I bought mine...taking the gamble that I'll get a console at launch. It's one less thing I have to worry about them running out of, by my thinking. :)

Edit: And thanks to frank21_1981...a coupon code to boot:

9JASNJ2AU8

for $5 off at circuit city (any game purchase over $19)

Edit2:
Heh heh heh...and just like that, it looks like they're gone!

:)

Congrats to those that got 'em, and sorry to those finding the thread now..'cause it looks like they sold out.
is this going to end up being a hard to find item before christmas?
I don't know. It seems to be the "IT" game that everyone wants to buy at launch. I'm skeptical that there will be enough copies to go to EVERYONE that buys a console on Sunday AM.

Now, once the launch is over, and restocks happen....who knows. Could be easy as pie. I just figure I don't want to risk it and...since I can't find the link any other way than in the email they sent me telling me it was back in stock...i'd share it with those that might be thinking the same way I am.
thanks!

now i dont have to leave the house on sunday.

No problem..glad to help.

I take it you have a preorder of the system somewhere or something?

i'd hop all over it if i didn't have one paid off at eb. if anything is going to sell out, though, it'll be the system. the game will probably be more readily available as not everyone buying a system will get this specific game. will it sell out in numerous places? more than likely. but i assume it can be found launch day with a little effort. free shipping makes this the most hassle free route to take at the moment, though.

Nah, the stuff is pretty buried on their site...and, in addition, that JUST went active this morning, I think...maybe in the past couple of hours. I coulda SWORN it was still "coming soon" when I ordered Zelda this AM.

I can only find preorders on wiimotes:

Nice, but couldn't find where to enter the coupon. After you start the checkout process I see "*Any coupon discounts will be added later in the checkout process ", but at no point afterwards do I see anyplace to enter.

In step 3, when you're entering your bililng/CC info, you'll see just above where you enter your CC#, a question (sort of highlighted in orange) that says:

Would you like to use an eGift card, gift card or merchandise card, or apply a coupon?

With a "radio" yes/no choice. Click on Yes and the info to fill in coupon numbers will pop up.
