Found Odama at Zellers in Guelph for $10.
Was shocked to see it and picked it up.
Mint copy too. YMMV though.
Just a heads up.
Has a LOT more games to pick from though. 360, Wii, GC, DS, PS2, even saw a few PS3 games. I remember seeing Sonic in the bin.

Time for some bargain hunting. Awesome.

EDIT: thanks for the head's up, I've been meaning to pick up Odama and a few other games, even though it sucked (apparently) I still wanna try it out.

Yeah, it was Batallion Wars and Odama for $9.89 each quite a while ago. At least a year ago, maybe a year and a half. Hell, I think I might have still been in high school? Batallion Wars sucked :( I didn't pick up Odama.

Same here. I missed it then sadly.
But they had (Guelph atleast) had a LOT of cheap games. Might be able to buy some and trade them in at EB or BBV if you're into that sort of thing.

I almos wrote Adama. lol :bouncy:

hrm, good thing i never opened battalion wars or odama, scored both of them during the EB DotD sales, i did open the box for odama so i could use the mic for karaoke revolution though ;)

No Zellers in Markham anymore, or at least I don't know of any. They seem to have some nice steals out of the blue sometimes. Too bad I'm missing out. :(

Yeah, it was awesome. I picked up Odama for $10, and traded it back 3 days later for $19 at EB. The game was interesting, but not enough to keep.

10 bucks isn't bad for Odama; i think it was always destined to be one of those bargain bin games in North America; it's a very niche genre, for certain, and i haven't heard anything good about it from anyone i've spoken with.

i've also still got mine from the EB deals a summer or two back. only played it that one night, cause it was so strange. a friend of mine bought a few and traded them into Blockbuster at 40 bones each back then to get a 360, heh. i doubt it'll get anywhere near that now.
I love Pinball games.

Odama is a horrible pinball game, and it's kind of a mess in every other aspect.
Ya I heard it's so weird. I don't have a GC or Wii to play it with though. I really need to track down some Cube component cables at a "reasonable" price...

BBV sells it for $4.99 used, no mic though

then how will you shout commands for your soldiers to ignore? haha

Zellers also have just about all the GC Viewtiful Joes for 10 bucks, tho it's the first two games that are worth getting. And if you're lucky, Odama and VJ will be shrinkwrapped together for an awesome (not really) price of 20 bucks.

The VJ in that bundle is the worthless fighting game or whatever the hell it is, not one of the main games.

BTW, I found Odama by itself for $10. Thanks, OP.

Really weird game so far. I'm not quite sure the concept really works. I didn't pay much though, and I've always wanted to try it, so I don't consider it a loss.

I picked up a double pack with Odama and Gun for $19.99 from the Zellers at Galleria Mall in Toronto. Odama by itself was $49.99, which I think means that Gun is worth -$30. I already had Gun anyway, so I traded it to A&C for a bunch of Bic lighters.

One of the Zellers near me has the Pikmin 2 / Donkey Konga 2 bundle for $19.99. The former still fetches at least $50 on eBay consistently, yet it is sitting there and has been for quite a while.
