I used to work down in Olympia for a software company. What kind of IT job are you looking for?
 
As a fellow IT guy I hope you can deal with stress. It's one of the most stressful jobs and at some places the dept really blows. Thankfully I'm part of a good group and am able to get along with 90% of the staff.
 
From what I know, and actually its not with United Way. It's with Bechtel a group that supports/works with stuff out in Hanford. I'll be part of a support team for troubleshooting/maintenance, there's over 10 of us Pay is really good, hours are decent, and commute is all freeway.
