I'll update this list as it keeps going on (feel free to add more to this list via reply!); it's good to keep these people on your list just in case you get lucky and catch them putting XBLA/PSN codes and stuff up:

Geoff Mendicino - http://twitter.com/mendicino (Me! 360, PSN giveaways; also sometimes alert others via twitter of other contests)
FreezeCracker - http://twitter.com/freezecracker (My website, gives away codes sometimes and alerts to our website's contests)
Major Nelson - http://twitter.com/majornelson (Official Pimp of Microsoft, gives away XBLA nearly daily, but has a lot of followers)
AceyBongos - http://twitter.com/aceybongos (Cool Microsoft guy, less followers but gives away a lot of XBLA)
Official Xbox Magazine - http://twitter.com/oxm (Doesn't give away as much as before, but they'll give away the occasional XBLA)
dennya - http://twitter.com/dennya (Another cool Microsoft guy giving away cool MS codes)
TellTaleGames - http://twitter.com/telltalegames (360, PC giftcode giveawayers-- Very often!)
Trixie360 - http://twitter.com/trixie360 (She's caring for what Major Nelson calls her "spawn" now, but she has had huge giveaways)
Sega - http://twitter.com/Sega (Sega games for 360 and PSN! Also free swag as well.)
RunningPixel - http://twitter.com/RunningPixel (Italian developers who give away free copies of their PC games)
nuka_cola - http://twitter.com/nuka_cola (Fallout 3 DLC giveaway codes!)

Let me know if there is anyone else who should be put on this list-- also let me know what they usually give away.
so it's all just Xbox stuff?
I'm soon to give away Nexon Cards and some PC/PS3 crap

A couple guys give away PC/PS3/Wii crap but it's mostly Xbox

Let me know if you find anyone who gives away stuff regularly, I'll put them on the list.

Haha, ok thanks for the info, I was on my Xbox trying to redeem some maps codes and I was not really successful.

You gotta do it within like the minute they put the code up; it's really tough but if you keep trying you'll definitely get some free codes.

But there are more than just codes, there are a ton of contests and stuff given. So far today, there have been about 3 contests and 5 codes given out.

RT @mdk2002 10 followers to go till i release my Halo Wars Flame Decal Warthog Redeem Code

I'm starting a new Gaming Themed Twitter.
Because of this, I am going to award a 1600 pt card or Wii Card, or even a PSN card every 50 followers.
My Twitter name is : Tamizander.
Feel free to follow.
Once I reach 50, I'll select a follower for the card by using a random generator of the names on my computer. I also get promotional codes for arcade titles from work on XBL, so I will begin using those as well (I've lost my spark on arcade games).

Just got confirmation that we're going to have a lot of prizes shipped in soon for us to give away :)

I'll try to let you guys know when more quick free giveaways come out

You bastard, haha, I really want to get that game after playing it last night. Granted I didn't try for that contest so oh well. :)
How's the full version of it? Do you know what the Death's Head does?

Also for everyone else, I'm trying to get Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 from here for a contest so check my mendicino and freezecracker twitters for updates.

It's pretty fun, I didn't play the demo version but I'm enjoying the full version. Haven't tried Death's Head yet so not sure what it does. Feels like an updated version of Scorched Earth which I remember playing a long time ago. 1200 points seems a bit steep for the game though, I think 800 would have been a better price point for it if I were paying for it.

I was discussing the price point of this game with a friend this morning. He enlightened me on some of it's online features which may contribute to the higher price. Apparently you can have any mix of local and Live friends in a party and go online to play against other people, meaning that several people could be playing with you on your couch and join others in an XBL party and still play matchmaking games against others players. As he brought up though during the conversation, this feature should be a standard on more games this gen. Local co-op as really become the bastard child during this cycle.

As far as twitter goes, I never use it myself. I only follow people/sites/companies that interest me but rarely post to it. I did add all the tweets mentioned in the first post though, so thanks OP! :D

I just got this game, and holy crap this game is fun as hell. I wrote a review about it on my website:

What's the most reliable way of getting these giveaways as soon as they're tweeted? Digsby and TwitterFox are killing me, the updates are usually too slow.

I was entering codes in today within 10 seconds after they were posted and they were already used. So you have to be really fast.

I usually use the Reload Every add-on with Firefox to auto-reload every 5 seconds if I know a code is going to be posted soon. If it's an XBL code, I also have the xbox.com redeem code page open on IE since it auto-fills the code unlike Firefox.

I was able to get a Banjo-Kazooie XBLA code from GameFocusdotca and a Peggle XBLA code from seeson today, didn't think I'd get the Peggle code, I got pretty lucky!

Also, EA_APOC is giving away Red Alert 3: Uprising digital downloads for PC until Monday night:
How does the code auto-filling work with IE?
Just copy the XBL code, then paste it into the first box where you enter the code. It should fill in the rest of the boxes for you so you don't have to manually copy/paste each section.
