While incredibly YMMV, you can get GH: World Tour Guitar Bundle at Target for less than $15.

Still, a nice deal if that's not available in your area.

I was out by 2 Targets yesterday. One had the bundle you mention ($44) and a 2 guitar bundle (also $44) so I picked up one of the 2 guitar bundles.

Mall 205 in Portland, OR has one more of the 2 guitar bundles for PS3 if anyone is interested.
