This is different from the other thread since this most likely may be the monthly sale, so a little different.

Cheapy will probably fix if it ends up to be the actual monthly sale, so no worries.
I've never bought used games from Gamefly. What condition do PS3 games come in?
All the games that I've bought from them have been in fairly decent condition and work just fine.

Thanks OP. Decided to add Alpha Protocol to the backlog. I'm sure it'll be cheaper, new, before I get around to playing it.... :)

PS3 discs have the advantage of the non-scratch coating on blu ray discs, makes buying used games easier.

So you mean some people found a way to scratch PS3 discs? Did they strap the discs face down on their shoes and go skating on sharp-edged gravel? Sorry, I'm just really picky about that stuff. ;)

Case, manual, and all inserts are basically untouched as they stay at the "headquarters". All the discs I have recieved were in mint condition as well. It was like buying new. Even the dlc codes that came with Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age Origins were in the cases and unused.

So basically, the best condition used games you can find. At these prices you'd be a fool to pass them up.

You do have to keep in mind these discs have been rented out to who knows how many people.

The packaging are always in great condition because they're never sent out all over the place, but the discs could have passed through more than 50 people before it has made it's way back to the store to be sold, so just be wary.

I've had disc that have arrived in the past before that had quite a bit of wear on them and even discs that had that small crack on the inner ring, but games still played, but I am fairly picky about stuff like that too so I was pissed ;P

They may not be scratches, but there may be other cosmetic problems with the disc like dents on the outside and the before mentioned cracks.

Overall though, I've gotten way more good condition games than latter ones.

think ME2(I had it for pc but beat it, my system had issues so I sold it and the game)....my game save from one is 360 so finally get to continue my true shepard.

And for $15, maybe Bioshock 2. Honestly, the first game wasn't my style, but hmm, for $15 might bite.........but them again probably keep that $15 for something in the future. decisions decisions

All the good games that are cheap, i own. The rest are really mediocre games that i kinda want but kinda don't: Dante's Inferno, Bioshock 2, Alpha Protocol. Good prices but mehhhhhh. I even rented Bioshock 2 before and i STILL don't know if i liked it, it's just so blah.

Thanks, thought I was the only one underwhelmed by the series. I think it was just so over hyped I expected too much. OR else everyone who reviewed it was on a hallucinogen. WOOAAAHHH , the colors! an underWATER city! HOLY CRAP THAT GUY HAD A HOOK ON HIS ARM!! or so I'd assume it'd go.

I hope my cerburus code is unused.
Dante's Inferno (14.99), Aliens vs Predator (12.99) and Avatar (7.99) Xbox 360 are also free shipping.
Added.

I liked Bioshock because of the story/environments/characters and what not, but the gameplay was meh. Bioshock 2 makes the combat better, but i'm pretty much over the environments and the game has a heavy emphasis on "escort" missions, which was the worst part of the first game imo.

PoP: Forgotten Sands (PS3) is $17.99 with free shipping. I'd snag it if it was the same price as the 360 version, but will pass at $17.99.

Don't know if this is a deal in the sale, but Xbox 360 Splinter Cell: Conviction is 19.99 with free shipping.

It's probably been cheaper, but it may be worth adding to the list.

If this is the monthly deal, does that mean the deals are good until the first? I'm tapped out but get paid on the first, so I'm hoping it is so I can pick up Alpha Protocol and Episodes from Liberty City. Haven't seen that last one that cheap anywhere yet, so I am all in on that one, if it doesn't go OOS (here's hoping it doesn't).

Now this is the true sale...! :hot: In for Alpha Protocol, Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2...now the question is should I bite on GTA Episodes or wait? Hmmm...:whistle2:k

Snagged PoP:TFS can't pass up 12 dollar games to put in my backlog! Time to whip out the 10% member discount and member free shi.... oh wait nvm. -_-.

Oh also, I highly recommend Darksiders for $12.99 if anyone on the fence about it.

Think Legend of Zelda goes to the comic book store with Luke Skywalker.

I've bought several games from them in the last few years for X360. Sometimes the cd's looked scratched up a bit, but i've never once had a problem actually playing them. They also gaurantee them to work, so if you do get a dud then they'll send you another (never had to do that myself). Either way, it's worth it for some awesome games for only ~$20.

How's Dante's Inferno?

I'm alright with it being a God of War clone and all, but is it a good one or better yet, is it a good game first and foremost?

Jesus, more games added to the backlog: PS3 Dantes Inferno, MAG, Infamous, and 360 PoP:TFS Its gets worst, just last week, I bought Heavy Rain and Yakuza 3 from Gamefly and the week before, God of War 3. Heres the funny part........I dont even own a PS3 yet, lol. I'm eyeing also FF13 + SC:Conviction for later on this week when I have enough funds to fuel my habit. Whats the good word for Conviction, PS3 or 360????

damn...thinking about grabbing dante for ps3. i already 1000'ed it for 360 but wouldnt mind playing through it again on ps3. plus it should come with the code for the free dlc level...

I don't recall these games being at this price before:

Prince of Persia '08(aka TERRIBLY underrated of '08): $9.99
Need for Speed: Shift: $12.99
Assassins Creed 2: $14.99

All 360.l

Also, it looks like Forgotten Sands, Conduit, GH:Van Halen, No More Heroes 2, and Sonic All Stars Racing for Wii are all $12.99 each.

I'm VERY tempted for Darksiders...I rented it from them and played it for about 5 hours before I got to a "Keep these 6 fellas alive" type of challenge and got kind of sick of it...and my 5 gamefly bucks are making the decision against it much more difficult.

@deathchamber - thanks, I didn't have the chance to update. Was planning on updating just now but I saw this...saves me a lot of trouble ^^.

Again, sorry for jumping the gun a bit with the other thread.

Picked up Sin and Punishment 2 for Wii along with ps3 Dante's Inferno. Didn't cave on Alpha Protocol or Bioshock 2 ....yet. Really good prices. Xo

Grabbed, PoP: TFS, AvP, Trauma Team and Borderlands. Not bad for a little over $60. Love the deals, but with all the new games coming out these next few months, this will not be healthy on my wallet.

Its all good, I figured your intention was the end of the month sale. I just assumed some people wouldn't have seen the post lower in the thread or even bothered to click the links with the higher prices. I'll update the list in the morning when I'm back on my computer, it's a pain in the balls on the phone.

shit, i just ordered God of War 3 before this went live and didn't get free shipping. do you think if i contact customer support they would refund the shipping price, have any CAGs had any experience with Gamefly Customer Service
What's the difference between the 360 and ps3 of Dante's Inferno?
one of the dlc downloads is free on ps3 while its 400 ms points on 360. i think thats it...
