Medal Of Honor 360 $45 + Tax @ Dell F/S

Yeah, for a game that's been out for two days this is pretty crazy. Thing is, I don't think the game is necessarily bad (just speculating) but it doesn't break any new ground is what I gather from reviews. Despite this, people seem to be treating it like a AAA failure already. What's really sad is if this were a COD game, it would probably be received well.

I work for a major retailer and we got in several hundred copies of this game. Needless to say It's going to be on sale again thru the holidays - we have only sold twenty or so copies from both systems combined and NBA2k has outsold it on a daily basis.

Me 2 MOH kicks A$$. I have no regrets buying this with a 25.00 coupon Kmart.
I like it better than MW2 and BBC2

It just had $20 pre-order credits! Anyway, there will be plenty of sales for it over the holidays. Other major EA releases like Mass Effect 2, Bad Company 2, and Dragon Age had $20 discounts within a few weeks of release. I can't believe ME2 is now a $20 game.

Medal of Honors day1 numbers exceeded expectations and it seems like people are starting to like the MP after giving it time. No rage like MW2 would give you. Im going to have to play more :D

I will try for $20, whenever that happens.

According to IGN.com

This is a problem given that Medal of Honor is one of the most unstable console releases I've seen this year. Throughout the single-player campaign, there were at least four instances of game-breaking scripting bugs that forced me to restart from an earlier checkpoint (and did I mention that the checkpoints are poorly spaced out and often too far apart?). The most damning visual problem is a framerate that dips into or just above the single digits when there are too many explosions and gunshots going off - which happens a lot.

The score is also quite good, but once again, Medal of Honor's intended tone is undercut when the game closes out to the tones of... a Linkin Park song.

Medal of Honor is one of the bigger disappointments of 2010.

Final score = 6.0

Screw the reviewers. I just finished my second playthrough and this game is awesome! The tone and feel of the single player is very personal and authentic, especially if you read about the actual battle and squad of SEALsthis game is based on.

At the local walmart, this game has pretty much sold as much as Modern Warfare 2 did when it was released :hot: I think those who are into FPS in general are enjoying it.

I played thru the game on Hard and have played about 2 hours online and my opinion of the game has definitely changed for the better. I thought it was mediocre at first, but after getting the hang of things and getting into some multiplayer games that weren't laggy I'm starting to really like the game. Too bad I rented it and have to take it back Sunday... I'll probably pick it up when it hits the $20 mark. I'd pick it up sooner, but with Fable III and Black Ops on the horizon its not really worth the investment right now.

Going by one of IGN's reviews is pretty stupid, lol

Listen to the community. The game isn't as bad as it's made out to be. I played it at my buddy's house yesterday for about 3 1/2 hours and I gotta say.. I'm tempted to go pick it up. The single player and multiplayer modes were both very, very fun despite the few glitches we encountered.
