For PS3/Vita/PSP owners: Playstation Network (PSN), given that you pay for the $50 PS+ subscription.
For new games, I'll have to agree with antlp89:
BestBuy.com.

Gohastings for used stuff.

Best Buy (suprisingly) for new stuff.

Amazon was kinda a let down for me last year, especially for black friday deals.

Bestbuy, if you can catch the deals before they go OOS, they are the best in 2012 here

Newegg is a close second

For console games, I used to be primarily an Amazon shopper because of free shipping with Prime, but both Newegg and Best Buy have been offering free shipping with some ridiculous markdowns in 2012, so a nod here to those (BB maybe slightly ahead of Newegg, with Amazon unfortunately choking on their dust).

Hands down Steam for PC games.

How has no one mentioned Green Man Gaming yet? Their deals on PC games typically blow away the competition.
