hey dafoomie how much was raystorm when it was in stock?
$1.99? $2.99? Something like that, not much.

Thanks I love this thread, hope to get a good find one day!
But is there some reason Gamecube isnt worth making a link for?

to clarify, it seems like these are merely shortcuts to check what is instock. You can lazily click a link every morning (eb dont update on weekends) and see what gems have appeared.

Much appreciated, thanks.

I mean no offense here, but I don't understand what's so exciting about getting GC versions of RE2, RE3, and RE:Code Veronica when you can get the same games for $5-10 each on other consoles. I know there's a collector's market for these games because they're kind of rare. But aside from the satisfaction that comes from owning an entire franchise on one console, I can't come up with a good reason for buying these games. Why are these games in demand?

Please answer that question, and then treat yourself to this game:

They're valuable for the exact reason you mentioned: collector's value alone. There's nothing special about them at all, compared to other versions, but for completist collectors, they're quite valuable.

Exactly, hell Im not going to buy them, but someone else might.

are the graphics not updated?

The creator of RE said that not a single new pixel would be added in an interview in EGM.

Is that game any good? I was looking at it but wasn't too sure.
Is that game any good? I was looking at it but wasn't too sure.
If it's anything like the second one, it's a decent platformer, a bit too easy, but still a good romp.

I'd pick it up if I wasn't low on funds, but you can't go wrong with the game for around 6 bucks.
Is that game any good? I was looking at it but wasn't too sure.
Klonoa is pretty neat . . . very easy but colorful platformer. I've been playing it and would recommend it. But I really liked the first two games on the PS1 and PS2.
Is that game any good? I was looking at it but wasn't too sure.
Klonoa: Empire Of Dreams is not your usual "jump-on-their-heads" platformer. There are a lot of puzzles to solve, using enemies and switches to proceed from point A to point B. It's kind of a thinking man's platformer, with the occasional on-rails platforming level that forces you to rely on your reflexes.

Great thread. Have only recently been getting and watching the EBgames thread, but I really like them. Great great threads. Keep up the good work dafoomie and others.

I can't recall Super Metroid being out of stock, at least for a month or so. Who's going to pay 29.99 for it when you can get it for less than 10 on ebay? -_-
Could we PLEASE update the first page to include GameCube links? It's silly not to have them...
Its harder to find deals for GC, but ok. I never really bothered with it.
how do you tell how many copies in stock
put 100 in cart, if they have that many it will stay 100, if not it will change to how many they have in stock.

Hey, dafoomie, maybe it would be a good idea to include instructions on how to tell how many are in stock (using the above method), prominantly featured in your OP, so that people might not have to ask this question so often.

hey dafoomie, up in the OP you have a fast link to R.A.D....i once thought that R.A.D. was a sought after game...is it any more? nachzeher has it sealed for $25 (i'm assuming that's shipped as well) link

it is sought after but $25 is about the ebay price.

Got it for $5 last summer at CC . . . :)
than that makes two of us ;)
Trust, er, Dropout, was there a game on the whole CC $5 list that you didn't end up getting (at least via trade)???

P.N. 09 is another CC $5 game (I got it via trade) . . . but one that I still haven't opened :whistle2:0

Part of why I won't be buying a Xbox 360 this year, is that I'm still chewing on all the deals I've gotten due to this site. Plus all the new games that I'm waiting to drop . . . I'm definitely good for another 2 years . . . lol
well, i had about 15 games in my cart at 7:10. Then when I went to check out, all but three had disappeared. I'm a sad panda.
You'll quickly learn that if it's ANYTHING slightly rare or out of the ordinary, buy it immediately. Waiting to finish shopping for everything will practically guarantee you'll lose it.

I was thinking the same thing . . . one must buy via priority. Definitely be ready to buy immediately . . . 15 games! What did you (OP) have in your cart? I can only think of one or two games that I want right now. Of course, I've been doing this for over 6 months . . . :)

there weren't many, that's for sure...i can only think of one right now, that being naval ops commander...if that was even on the list
