Well, I haven't completed checkout for it. Still debating... But I got to the payment confirm/checkout with no problems. And I have already got the Nov. bundle too, so...? Dunno

You are right. I was on the phone and didn't read the instructions properly. Thanks for posting the deal!

It's a good discount if you don't want to go through the hassle of waiting for coupons every month, but ultimately you can get each bundle for $6-8 pretty consistently anyway with the coupons they send out (as long as you don't stay subbed or have multiple accounts)."Humble Choice Discount Code - Get an annual membership for only $89!"
Any thoughts? Worth it? TIA

I forget how these annual subs work. Is it essentially 12 "credits" so you can skip months whenever you like? Or do you automatically get each of the next 12 months?
Works out to $7.42 a month which is undeniably a fantastic deal IMO. And I considered it for a split second before realizing I haven't subbed since January.

Got it to work here too. I don't know why I had to go through the hassle of canceling first... but I guess Humble has to Humble. Thanks for posting!

Yeah you can pause each month
Hmmm. In that case it's probably worth it as I rarely find more than 3-5 a year of interest.

When I click skip it mentions December.Does that force you into being unable to skip November? I was thinking I might try to buy a gift membership and give it to myself as others have suggested

Thanks for trying. I'm month to month and have skipped Nov. because there's nothing in there for me. If I have to use one of the 12 on Nov, it feels like I'm paying that price for 11 months...When I click skip it mentions December.

nevermind, it won't let me use the code HOLIDAY22

make sure to select to the annual membership option and not monthly.

I couldn't use it either, likely because I had already bought the monthly.

Apparently it's an affiliate deal with gg.deals. To get the deal it seems you have to click the link to go to gg.deals page. Then follow clear instructions. If currently subbed just buy a gift sub and redeem it to your own account. Confirmed if followed correctly, no canceling, yada yada, no problems. My next bill date isn't til Dec 26, 2023. It added credits on top of the current sub.

I also bought the monthly but it worked for me. If you follow their instructions it should work.

Humble sent me an e-mail about it and I was able to sign back up with an annual plan with the coupon already applied.

So, on to another topic. Digital versions of board games. Specifically, the bundle offered. Any experience? Are they any good? I guess what I'm asking is. Beyond the games in the bundle. (everyone has opinions). Are they decently entertaining/engaging? Digital versions of board games in general. Thanks

Ticket to Ride is old-ish but decent. It is missing some of the newer expansions that likely wont come to the older app. Blood Rage I heard was poopy and the AI wasn't implemented well. It may be better now. Carcassonne is decently implemented and worth it. Small World is also pretty old, but plays OK, but will likely show it's age. Haven't tried the others.

Pause if you’re gonna.
Posted 29 November 2022 - 02:47 PM
Pausing for the current month (November). Otherwise you'll be auto charged by the end of the day.

OMG.

So, to summarize. Humble announces the next monthly bundle. You have til the last Tuesday of the month to claim the games yourself. At which point you'll be charged. But if you don't claim them by then and haven't paused already you'll be autocharged. At which point the games are yours if you wanted them or not
But for us with the annual plan. It's credits that are either "charged" for that month or "paused" for use the next month. Correct?

Some of you could use this:

This all sounds correct to me.
