I knew this was coming, and I didn't even kind of care. This had 0 thread. This time of year, Thanksgiving weekend, I think that giving deals their own thread, rather than letting them sit in general black friday and/or store specific threads, is extremely warranted. This isn't even mentioned specifically in those thread. So next time, contribute to the discussion or gtfo.

 
That's a fantastic deal on Littlebigplanet.

I didn't particularly care for Resistance, even for $9.99.

I got Killzone at GS on BF for $19.99, and I would argue it was worth every penny and more. For a handheld, that sure is a heck of a game.

 
Thanks for this post OP! With the mad rush of Black Friday I missed out on seeing these.  Despite the mixed reviews I picked up Resistance for the quick platinum.

If you really want it, you might want to check Sears. They dropped the price to a dollar or so a while back. Also, wasn't the MSRP $30 for MNR on the vita? 40%* isn't that great of a deal.

* Because Drclaw411 wants to mock me for entering the wrong digit, because that is totally what is important here.

I got Sly Thieves in Time for free digital (friend let me have his PS3 cross-buy copy), but it takes up over 3GB of space.

Now I have two 32GB cards. One is PS+ games (has about 20GB or so free) and the other is for all my other Vita (non PS1/PSP/minis, those are on other cards). My main Vita card has under 5GB free including Sly 4.

So the point of all that was, should I get the cart for $10 to save myself 3GB of card space or nah?

 
These have been part of the Black Friday deals going on for days. I actually double checked on these earlier and saw they came back in stock for order online. Been waffling on Smart As, Resistance, and Hot Shots Golf. I might just hold off entirely since these really should be sub $10.

What was really weird is these were actually ringing up $19.99 in store.

I noticed these online yesterday, but they were all showing "unavailable" with no ability to place a pick-up order. I went into Best Buy on black Friday and there was a big bin with all these Vita games lined up. So I figured they'd be $11.99, but they all rang up $19.99. And Best Buy refused to honor the price due to it being "black Friday".

Fortunately I'd seen this happen before, and figured that it would later come back up on the website (I was just hoping the price didn't change). Sure enough, this morning I was able to do a pickup of the 3 games I wanted for $11.99. No idea if they are still ringing up $19.99 in the store or what, but they still had PLENTY of stock in that bin (looked like they had sold about half of them, but they literally had a hundred or more of these Vita games to start out with). .

Yea I picked up a few of these yesterday but they were ringing up $19.99 so I of course passed. That's why I was glad to see them come back in stock.

 
Could have sworn I looked at these deals yesterday and they were all out of stock both online and in store. So happy I checked again, grabbed lbp and smart as for store pickup for less than $10 before tax. (Thanks to GCU)
 
Dang. Wish I would have waited on Sly Cooper. Bought it at $15 and haven't touched it.
 
I wanted them all, but I'm tapped out. Would normally find the funds, but I have a feeling ps plus might start dipping into these titles to give away.

Yeah I got my plat in a weekend and traded it.
 
I had no problem getting them to PM the $11.99 website price when Little Big Planet rang up for $19.99 in store friday.  Not only that...but after the PM, the GCU discount automatically took 20% off the $19.99 price (instead of the adjusted price), so it came to $8.

Wait...what? The GCU discount isn't supposed to stack with PMs--the online FAQ even mentions this explicitly. :???:

I have no idea. I actually asked about the 20% discount since I was PM'ing a Best Buy deal, and the employee said it should come up. He did the PM, they scanned my card, and the GCU discount came up automatically (taking the discount off the higher original price instead of the PM'd price).

Oh man, I woke up fully intending to buy LittleBigPlanet and now it's back up to full price. I am sure it's still worth $20 but with all the sales going on this weekend, it doesn't seem like as sweet a deal anymore.

Yeah man I know you feel. I was checking out with about 4 vita games last night, and then they suddenly all returned to regular price! :cry:
