Star Fox 64 3DS $19.99 at Groupon

So I ordered this a week ago and it's still "awaiting fulfillment". Is this common for Groupon? I should have spent the extra $5 on a used copy at Gamestop instead of waiting on this dumb site.

they list 12 business days as shipping time but they wont ship until the 10th day and weekends and holidays including yesterday doesn't count it 12 business days so about 2 and half weeks. it like that on any of their goods items I ordered a electronic last month for my mom Christmas on December 2nd and didn't receive it until about the 16th or 17th it just very slow that all

 
I ordered on Jan 13, it shipped Jan 15, and it's at my local post office right now. It's snail shipping compared to Amazon but for $20, I really don't mind.
