What is Shipwreck & Wombat's job at CAG?

How did they become CheapyD's right hand men? If they only podcast who runs the site besides CheapyD?

 
Shipwreck has been a mod forever on CAG. Not exactly sure how the relationship continued past that.

Wombat was working for Howard Stern's talent agency and told CheapyD he could help him develop an internet radio show that "could" eventually be picked up by Howard if it was good enough. The first few CAGCast's are recorded in Stern's old pre-XM studio.
