Dragon Ball Z Season 1 free on Xbox Video

I'm glad I was able to report the deal to you on Twitter! Even if you don't have a 360 or Xbox One (you can just create an account), you might as well grab these and watch them on your computer

Thanks for the heads-up!  So I just bought it on my PC....can this be played on the Xbox 360, or only on the Xbox One?

works in Canada. which is great and strange at the same time.  Usually if a great thing happens in the US it generally does not translate that Canada would get the same.

 
What the hell. I was able to purchase it for free on the website but when I go to my xbox it wants me to pay for each episode individually. It even says on the dashboard Free Dragon Ball Z but when I go to the episodes it wants to charge me.

 
Thumbs up to the OP for the topic. Was posted in Xbox Live Free Marketplace Content but this got the attention of much more members

1.) Navigate to Xbox Video

2.) Search for "Dragonball Z"

3.) Go to list of seasons offered

4.) Scroll to Season 1

5.) Select "Purchase Season Pass:

6.) Select SD or HD purchase (defaults to HD, I believe)

7.) Complete purchase

8.) Enjoy your FREE season of Dragonball Z!

I have no clue if this is region locked or whatever but it is going on in the U.S. and I believe someone else ^^^^ said good ol' Canadia as well. With that being said, you should not have any problems with watching each episode (for FREE, obviously) from the 1st season

 
You know i just saw looking at this i didn't know that i could watch stuff on xbox video on my pc.  Man i wish i would've goutht hose other 2 zune movies (hangover and jackass 1) on xbox video.  XD

 
Anybody notice that unlike itunes the XB Video store is kind of a jerk when it comes to free stuff? I guess you can't expect much from M$..

It's from Funimation and all of their releases are North America only.

I've now gotten the first season of Workaholics in HD(10 episodes) and the first season of DBZ in HD(39 episodes) for free from Xbox video. How is that being cheap?

 
4:3 should be how it's showing up, lets not forget how old this is...

Haven't seen this in forever, so this is an awesome freebie to snag, thanks
