With all these deals, I have a feeling something crazy is gonna to pop up soon. That $400 MS Store bundle is bound to be beat sometime.

I will stay strong until then

Unfortunately Tigerdirect is generally a pretty sleazy online seller, I'd personally steer far clear of them in all cases. Way too many bad stories about their shady "rebate" practices, among other issues.

You sound bitter about paying full retail. Tigerdirect haven't had shady business practices in years. Either due to new management or something else, my TD experiences of late have been great. Plus this is eBay and TD is a major player there.

Xbox1 price drop coming soon? Pretty good deal for anyone who Must Have titanfall on xbox one Right Now, but a bigger price drop may be coming later this year.

Waiting for another $400 price point on the bundle, I unfortunately missed the MS store one last week.

$~350 would be an immediate purchase for me though. Make it happen MS!

Can't see them dropping more than 50 bucks anytime before 2015. There may be some holiday bundles for 400 for Black Friday. M$ would have to deal with the 3DS-level consumer rage if they dropped 100 less than a year after release. Don't see them doing it, even with a lame duck Kinect.

LOL no I didn't pay "full retail" for an XBone, didn't buy one at all.

As to their rep, many bad reviews:

Newsflash: Don't buy from Amazon.com.

6.1 out of 10? That's terrible!

Believe you me more people have success than failure with Tigerdirect. I'm not saying they're perfect, and historically their rebate shenanigans were awful, but let's face it - a lot of people will be getting an XBone for a good price. Hell, their eBay store has done over 269-THOUSAND transactions with a 97.6% positive.

Are you seriously going to question that? :D

It's ebay for crying out loud they always side with the buyer so if anything goes wrong just take it up with them
Not true, at all. Member for 11 years on eBay, 100% feedback. I was scammed when a seller sent a poster instead of a $400 art book I bought. Had to fight for two months with eBay fraud to prove that he didn't send me what I paid for, they kept arguing "but the tracking number shows delivered".

Wow, you're seriously going to half-ass research like that? If you're going to post an example such as this (resellerratings.com for Amazon.com, when we all know Amazon is one of the most reputable), then how about posting TD's rating? Did you see its 1.67/10? No?

Wake up, not every online seller out there is trustworthy! Do your research before you spout nonsense.

*Whoosh*

Lol, I'm pretty sure WilliamG was trying to make a point about not always trusting the reviews, so he gave that example since someone previously linked a bunch of random bad reports.

Anyhow, I don't know if TD has become worse now again, but at least a year or two ago (and a few years before that), they have been great for me. And their rebates were one of the best I've experienced. I've always gotten them back and weeks faster than any other rebate. Plus the no tax helps.

Too bad the deal is dead. I would have been tempted.
