I am on the road. Stopped in a gamestop they had the collector edition of blacklist mark preowned.
The sticker price said 34.99. When it rang up 24.99 .....22.49 with power up.
Sku 953154. 952/000

that sku number is the vanilla copy of the xbox version. they changed it to used a week ago. so inventory will not show up on the aircraft edition since that sku number is deleted from system. and it rang up $24.99 cause that is what the vanilla used copy sale price is. and this been posted several times before both in the gamestop thread as well as http://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/330494-paladin-edition-of-splinter-cell-blacklist-3499used-at-game-stop-possible-ymmv/ at this point it will be hard to replicate since the items are supposed to be destroyed when converted. and it been a week as well as slickdeals posted this several days ago as well.

Makes me hate myself for buying it when it was $80 and crashing the stupid thing the same day.
Didn't Milhouse teach you anything? "Perfectly level flying is the supreme challenge of the scale model pilot. "

I bought this last Friday for $35.  Can I take in my receipt and get $10 back then since they dropped the price?

Checked around for one of these on Monday. The Gamestop guy told me to my face that he pulled it down and kept it for himself the day/minute it converted. I kind of wanted to smack his smug face, but it wouldn't change much... he'd still be a douche. Just another reason Gamestop is behind many other retailers when I go to buy my games.

Yes, because an underpaid employee that that wants a perk for himself every once in awhile is the douche.  Looking at the tattoo pic and the comment, the douche is looking in the mirror

really uncalled for RainFall. guy was being a douche for saying it the way he did. its okay to grab a perk, anyone who has worked retail has.

you are also a bit crazy for saying that this was an underpaid employee, what are you comparing this to? in no way would a GS employee match the work done by another employee of a similar size store that sells more than games.

Been on an exploring kick lately. There is a store 35 mins from me with one put in a hold even though it was 89.99 on their website. might go check it out tomorrow.

Getting a tattoo themed around my favorite game makes me a douche eh? I suppose I should have gone tribal barbwire... damn..

Anywho I probably should have mentioned that the employee has been a douche in the past and it irked me that he smugly rubbed it in my face like a douche... as most gamestop employees are.

So picked the last one up for my son because he loves airplanes. I have no interest in the game so does anyone want to buy or trade for the game?? Pm me

You know how much that tat cost his parents?

When this topic was posted, every gamestop was oos in my area.

Can anyone tell me if zone of enders collector edition xbox 360 ever got converted?

Very well said.
For the record, I honestly don't care if they take advantage of the perks. I've done it myself in previous jobs. The fact that he openly bragged about it to a customer's face is what pissed me off. Take your perk and do your damn job. And in regards to "underpaid", if he's so underpaid why is he buying video games in the first place. When I was in an underpaid job, rent and food took priority over video games. Not sure what's up with this "poor little Gamestop employee" non-sense, but if he's sooooo underpaid then maybe he should find a different job....

And nice troll attempt... I paid for that tattoo plus all of my others out of my hard-earned money.

manager said he bought 5 to ebay them lol

I can't believe it, but I found one for the 360. I went in there and asked if it was true about the conversion to used (only reason I asked was because they had the slip cover to the gigantic box chilling at the door with all the collectors editions they were promoting) and the clerk was super shocked and said it was the last copy. He also mentioned that he had no idea it went on sale and that he would have bought it if he knew.
