Master Chief Collection 29.99 @ Groupon / Ps4 refurbished $329

I have a Groupon account but I almost never use it. In fact I didn't even know you could get physical merchandise like this.

Any idea what company actually fills the order? Do Groupon themselves have a distribution center?

Anyway I might be in for this, was looking to get it when it got down to 30. Thanks!

I ordered one game from them on 12/15/13. It took 5 days to ship and about a week to arrive from DHL if I remember right.

I went ahead and ordered one. We will see how it goes. Bot too worried about shipping because like most CAGS I have a backlog of games to play in the meantime.

I've attempted 2 orders through groupon and both of them spent months on back order before finally them cancelling the orders. 

This happened to me two weeks ago.

I ordered a new The Last of Us PS4 bundle for $367 after taxes w/ free shipping on tuesday. It arrived Friday, so just a few days until I got it.

Everything went wrong at that moment. I received a standalone PS4 instead, no beautiful TLoU art on the box. I scoured in the inside just for the off chance I got a code for the game, NOPE. So I emailed Groupon about my situation, and the responder gave me $5 Groupon bucks and said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to return the console for a refund. I already opened it and wasn't going to waste my time sending back a whole console just because of a missing piece of paper.

On Saturday the day after, I had a delightful 45 minute wait on their help line on the phone. The lady was very firm on telling me that I could either return it, or nothing. I had to do some inception stuff and implant that idea that I was owed SOMETHING. I told her:

1. Groupon wasn't even selling the standalone PS4 @ the time of purchase.

2. They sell the game code for $19.99, so I kept asking if they could just mail me the code.

3. Or just refund my card $20

Eventually she kept saying, "Please hold on a moment," five or so times in a row without any space in between. She must have been talking to her supervisor about what to do in that situation. Finally she gave in, and offered me $20 Groupon bucks which I accepted. I said thanks and ended the call. So in the end I have $25 Groupon bucks in total, which is completely necessary because Groupon charges shipping for TLoU voucher that you get in the mail.

Final kick in the nuts, the $10 PSN voucher in the box was already redeemed. Whatever merchant Groupon got my PS4 from must have opened up my box and sold the code already.

I'm most likely gonna save that $25 Groupon bucks until I see something else I want to buy,  because it's easy to find TLoU code for cheaper elsewhere. The funds expire in September, so I do have to remember to use them on something.

My final verdict: my last purchase with them will definitely be just to make use of the $25 credit they gave me. Their merchants can be shady and their customer service can be cheap unless pressured.

dealt with groupon craziness before so not sure if worth trying to get Halo. Has it been cheaper?  friend has been looking to get it.

It's almost the price that everyone thought it was going to be on Xbox Live! xD

I don't own an Xbox One... yet. So I don't mind having to wait weeks for this deal to arrive. In my opinion this is a great deal. Thank you OP. I am going to go in for one.

As an update...I got mine yesterday. No issues. It came via USPS.
