From what I recall last year, Newegg had some good deals for video cards during black friday. If you are in the market for one right now, there have been a few deals for video cards the past week. Here is a good deal for Geforce GTX 970 on ebay via Newegg. Has good reviews.

Not sure about that - I do know that during those times - Stores have crazy sales.
