I had two and even though the codes were different it would only let me redeem one on the same account. I was going to use my second code on this week sale but the damn thing wouldn't work said it was redeemed. I think even by going through the motions and pretending you're redeeming the code it cancels out the code. F Sony

I didn't know that thanks. I also found out that if you attempt to redeem it on any account and don't follow through then it starts voiding it on those accounts. gave it to someone else to try here and it worked for them. Sucks I wanted to get witcher 3 but even at $20 it's been hard for me to pull the trigger. I was gonna try to get it for $16 with the coupon. It's one of those games that don't drop below a certain price point

EDIT: Just looked through my box, no code. I ripped up my nice manuals bag for nothing.

I also had two codes from buying two White PS4 Pro consoles in Nov. and had the same experience. However I tested the 2nd code and it still works on an alt account. You just can't use two of the exact same 20% code promotions on the same account.

Can anyone who has access to the actual physical coupon confirm what is the expiration date? I won't be getting home until this evening and wanted to know if I can still use it today as its the last day of February.

The expiration date on the physical voucher says expires 2/28. It still works today as I tested on an alt account

 
I just bought the Star Wars BF2 PS4 Pro and I don’t see the coupon on the little “Star Wars: The Force is Strong with PlayStation” pamphlet. Unless it’s somewhere else, looks like I was shorted this deal, which bites.

It might not have been in that bundle. Mine came in the Destiny 2 console bundle

Same. No coupon for my BFII pro bundle either.

 
In the standard black pro, the code was very small at the end of a fold out pamphlet that was loose in the box, not with the other manuals.  Forget what it was for, but I think it was advertising psn movies and stuff.

 
Just now that I really want one of those codes :/

And people asking for 5 or more to trade the code when what I'm planning to save is 4 lol

What is the coupon for? 20% off of something on PSN?

I bought the MH PS4 PRO, but it's in storage. Surely the code is a bit longer than today

I bought a PSN code back in late December or early January on the trading thread. Apparently it came from the PS Pro promotion, because I just tried buying and applying two codes during last week's PSVR sale and neither of them worked for me. I went so far as to contact Playstation Chat multiple times regarding this issue because I had a full cart of items ready to pull the trigger on. Long(er) story short, no one could tell me why these new codes were telling me "already been redeemed." One person went so far as to tell me that you can't use the 20% off on SALE items, which is the biggest load of bullshit I ever heard. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and she repeated the same shit to me. These people don't know fucking anything, because obviously the case was that I couldn't use a 20% off code (within a "certain period") if I already used one on my account before. This is the first time I'm hearing validation in this thread.

And #fuckSony indeed. I ended up spending $150+ on the PSVR sale, with no fucking discount code to bear the brunt. It's turned me off from spending any more money on their latest sale with all their stupid, nonsensical restrictions.

If there's a code in there I'm sure you're right. However with how not all bundles have even had a code there's no guarantee there's one in there. I don't know anyone personally that got one of those to ask to confirm unless someone here can chime in.

i feel you. bought two pros and tried to use my second on this sale and like you said it seems like you can only redeem one within a certain time frame cause the code worked fine on other accounts. i'm also one of the people that don't get the newsletter or any of the promotional credit and coupons from them. i also made a dummy account and that one doesn't get anything either. i feel like those 360 owners back in the day that bought multiple consoles that broke because they were too invested in that ecosystem lol

Chat support said my Destiny 2 bundle code was for Canada and therefore not applicable to me in the US and that I should contact the retailer for a US code.

Ha ha. What a joke.

EDIT: No. I take that back. Chat support just gave me a code that worked. My rep went above and beyond. I'm very impressed.

Witcher is worth every penny. It includes al the DLCs, make sure to grab the "Complete" edition though vs the standard. both are 20$ ...
