I have a b2g1 used coupon to use at gamestop. I got capt toad, owl boy, and Bayonetta 2 on hold. I was thinking about swapping one of the games for ultra street fighter 2, but I already own the 30th anniversary version. I had batman on hold until I found it cheaper else where.
I kinda wanted the cartridge of sf2 , but if it has the same content as the 30th then I would more than likely switch to another game to get the most out of my coupon.
Any other recommendations for games in the 30-40 range?

Just a reminder that Bayonetta 1 is a download code, so don't expect to get that included.

Has anyone used the Bestbuy insignia dock? it's $35 instead of the $80 for the official dock. The reviews state no issues with bricking...

I've been using one for about 2-3 months with no issues, had bought a used switch that didn't have a dock.

YMMV DYOR etc

Does anyone feel any strong opinion on the Starfox Starlink?

Besides the guy at Nintendo life who is surprisingly losing it over the “evolution” of what starfix was meant to be in ubisofts universe of Starlink, no one seems To like it

I hear likening it to paper weights, clearance bin fodder, give aways and just none too flattering

But again, no one championing it at all, more warnings than anything

Now I got it at $28(GCU) and I’m ok with playing the game with starfox(if possible, meaning not buying expansion or more parts) but is it worth it? I also used my last $25 card so I paid $3 total but I wanna cancel after all the bad talk on here lol

Anyone ACTUALLY like it?

I liked it. Starlink is a good game. It’s not the most amazing game you’ll ever play but it definitely is fun and worth $28. The digital version is a better deal since it comes with so much more but the starter kit is all you really need.

It’s not a star fox game but if you like space shooters and always wanted an open galaxy to fly around in, you should enjoy it.

I would also suggest looking on some forums where people who have actually played the game discuss it, as I haven’t seen too many first hand experiences here.

I got it day one and while it sucks that it dropped more than half the price a month later, I don’t mind too much since I enjoyed it.

Ok that’s the single most awesome reply and review in one post ive seen so far...

That gave the “keep” column one more check/notch

From what I understand, the difference is the digital version unlocked all weapon and crafts but the toys to game had starfox, who you can play/use his craft and weapons to beat the game ? Because one review noted starfox version might be limited but you also have “some of the best” in starfox character anway . Did you see that as true?

Yes. It has a unique "switching" mechanic and is the best racer on the switch in my opinion.

Yeah that's part of the reason I was thinking about swapping for something else. I went ahead and got the games, I'm going to try them out and if I either want to swap them, or keep them.

So the fast rmx is fun, it's like a F-zero meets Wipeout racing on the switch.

I have the digital deluxe of starlink, and have really enjoyed it. I haven't much bad things about it tbh.
I kinda wanted to get the physical pack to get fox and the arwing, but the digital deluxe has Everything!

Watch this video and see if this helps any.

I was just about to ask this.

Picked up the starter set from BB at 50%, and then GCU stacked.. So I had to go that route. I'll probably end up buying a few weapons/ships though. Going back and forth on either digital or physical though. Could just wait for a sale on the complete digital copy and have the Arwing sit on the shelf. (Only hooked up the arwing once, use it digitally anyway)

Thats exactly what I did! I bought the starter pack because I'm a sucker for Starfox but also bought the digital edition when it was on sale because I don't buy physical copies anymore.

The Arwing is so nice and I kinda wanna get more ships to mix and match them 😂

Different ships do nothing special in this game though. It's not like a Skylanders situation where you need certain characters to access certain areas. I played through the whole game with the arwing and there was no reason to pick a different ship. Unless you are just absolutely in love with the look of a certain ship.

Wow Runner 3 is only $25/20 at BBY! (Physical)

I almost wish I could justify buying the Cart at that price (I already bought the digital eshop sale at $6.66 or w/e)

Got my NES Joycons today. They look good and are the right weight.

I need a better bag to carry my switch crap, because right now I can only do 2 Joycons attached. Any recommendations? Not trying to carry the dock or really any cables. Maybe Joycons and pro controller. No games as I'm all digital.

If the NES controllers had an extra ZL and ZR button to play all switch titles optionally, i would bite right away

But I couldn’t justify paying $70 for what is essentially a useable/playable collector item

I love Nintendo and I WAS HOPING they would release a controller but Idk, I guess at this point in the year I can’t afford /justify it

I hope they release a single one for like $25 eventually

I use this one. I got the red one when it was cheap, but it holds everything snugly and I travel with mine all the time with the Pro Controller inside. Houses all cables nicely and additional charging bricks. Plenty of room but also snug. Great quality materials! In the images it shows the Joycon grip in the case, but it does fit the Pro Controller nicely without the feeling that the buttons or sticks are going to be moved around or pressed.

I can personally recommend Gurumin for 3DS. It's kind of like a Legend of Zelda style game. I have the original PSP release too, and the 3DS is kind of like a remastered version of that game.

Yo kai Watch 2 Bony Spirits
Monster Hunter Stories

Post more physical game deals here whenever you see them including from sources like Gamestop, ebay, etc, for those of us who don't always check all the other threads.
