Amazon Return Shipping Fee Help

I returned several items to Amazon and was charged return shipping. The issue is I was not told I would be charged return shipping on all of them.

Their policy states

Return shipping fees will be communicated on the Online Returns Center when you are choosing the shipping method for your return.

On the items I was told there would be a return shipping fee I chose to pay the return shipping myself. On the items it told me the return shipping cost was $0.00 I did a drop off and then got charged after the fact. Even worse is the system split items in the same order. So even tho 2 items were part of the same order they wanted me to return them separately to the same address so I got charged $6 for each return.

What should I do? Please help. Thanks

Dispute the charge and dump Amazon. They're a shit company.

Try contacting their customer service about it.  They usually try to help out with issues like that.  If that doesn't help, yeah, might want to try a dispute.
