$362.99 (or less) PS4 Pro 1TB at Target.com

I dont know that it will be much cheaper than this on BF. There is nothing to push them to drop it much more than $50. I could see $349.99 but I'd be surprised at anything more. Sony has the largest install base of the generation, and no new system for another year. The stores could take a loss but Sony doesnt have the motivation or pressures applied like Microsoft. Now the Xbox One X I could see getting a nice discount. Grow that GamePass

I agree the Pro is the only way to go. Especially on a wicked 1080p display. That shit runs smooth as butter. I swear my pro looks and runs unbelievably better on my top tier 1080p than it does on my average 4k hdr tv.

With the 5 coming a year or so from now and BC a real thing idk if I recommend getting a pro when the OG works admaribly well if you are saving. Keep going and wait. If you have disposable money and you're interested, that's the way to go.

I would have thought they would try to pimp out a slimmer Pro by now but I guess they can't. I am hoping the PS5 can perform even better than a Pro for PS4 games and not just perform base visuals.

Next Christmas will be Sony's unless Phil Spencer plans to release the NextBox around the same time or try to snipe with a late Summer launch.

 
If it wasnt for the Death Stranding one I would be all over this as my current pro is slowly dying its in almost full lawnmower mode.

 
I get the feeling PS5 may make the ps4pro duplicated; so debating whether or not to keep the ps4pro.     

I need to keep it to play DeathStranding 4k; and god of war, spiderman, and uncharted 1440p until the ps5 launches.

They will likely include free game(s) and/or gift cards to make it an overall better deal

 
With the PS5 coming out next year I wouldn't be surprised if PS4 Pro's started getting price cuts this Holiday at around $299, maybe even $275.

I bought my ps4 pros when they were $299 and ps4 slim when it was $199 with $60 GC a couple years ago.  Weird that they haven't been able to reach that more regularly since.

That is because it sucks @ 4K don't delude yourself. That is not a feature.
