The Yakuza Remastered Collection (PS4) $39.99

The first three games were already remade so they're not in the collection. Yakuza 6 just came out so that's why it's not included.

i kick myself in the butt for missing out at that price, I had it in my cart but it was only available for store pickup, decided to wait on it then found out it was an error. I haven't played any games in the series, so it is a bit daunting to start it anyway.

You could always start with Judgment, you don't need to play any of the Yakuza games to enjoy that one.

All the previous Yakuza games were on sale for $10-15 on Black Friday. This will likely be at least the price at that time this year, possibly less like the others were last year.

 
Damn, never knew it glitched at $19.99 before. $40 is a good price, but I am holding out for $30 or less. I still have to get to some of the earlier games, so I am in no rush.

I am in the same boat. I want to get it but I 100% know that by the time I get to these games in my backlog it will be cheaper. I own all of the other Yakuza remasters except these but haven't started the series yet.

 
These games are great.  Bump them up your backlog, play Yakuza 0 first.  Excited to get this set myself, I own the originals but want this just for collection's sake.  Gonna wait for $20 or under.

 
Man, I hope this Yakuza Collection (with Y3,4,5) comes to the PC.

Really enjoyed the hell out of Yakuza 0.

Start playing them now (begin with Yakuza 0). These are long games: 50-100 hours if you take on all the optional material (which many say is the reason to play Yakuza games), especially since 0 has really long (but well done) cut scenes. Actually, you, and everyone else who waited will have a storytelling experience that's better than earlier adopters received, who played the games in release order (Kiwami 1, 0, 6, Kiwami 2, this collection). By the time you're finished with the first three, this collection will likely be much cheaper.
