Since HBO max has gotten rid of free trials and want to charge 14.99 a month now because of release of WW84, I wonder if buying a 4.99 movie that comes with code via email will work?

Probably not, I recall reading part of the stipulation for watching Wonder Woman was that only paying subscribers would have access to it and not people on a free trial.

There were codes that came in Cyberpunk for a 30 day free trial.  It says limited and first come first serve, but I gave my code away yesterday and they said it worked.  It looks like they've been popping up on eBay from the sold listings.

According to the T&C for the discount: "Offer may be redeemed only once and cannot be combined with any other promotional or free trial offer for HBO Max." I assume you could sign up with a different email address, but there ya go.

Can also confirm that WW84 was absolute fucking garbage. I "walked out" an hour into that feminist trash piece. Such a damn shame since the first movie was excellent.

Agree with WW84, even my wife thought the first was much better, I think we can expect it from more spinoffs and sequels in the making.  The Undoing was really good, but Ballers has gotten worse every season after the 2nd, I can see why they cancelled it now.  Thank God this is free to watch, cancelling in a few days.

Was able to cancel no problem, pretty easy in manage profiles.  Also, you can cancel anytime and you are still able to stream until the 14th day no matter what.
