I'm jealous of everyone getting Complete games. Ordered 4 games, and all 4 were replacement cases with no cover art.

The PS5 ones shocked me the most but I returned the first 3. My local GameStop had replacement artwork so I took that since I have extra Switch cases at home.

That’s why I never pulled the trigger on 8 games in my cart lol. Always ymmv with GameStop pre owned :(
This might have been the highest rate of CIB games I ever got with GS... did a total of 24 games over 5 different orders, and only 4 came in generic cases. Two highlights were prob a perfect condition, fully complete FFXII Zodiac Age steelbook edition and DOA 5 PS4 with the manual (most of the other games were the non-manual games).
Now... this is as opposed to two new games I ordered... one was gutted but actually looked new, and the 2nd one was also gutted and the back of the case was gashed in.

Thank God this sale is finally over, I've got boxes stacked to the ceiling and my wallet really couldn't take much more.
I was so used to the sale still being on I bought a bunch of games this morning at full price thinking they were half price. Good thing I remembered in time to cancel.

Did anyone order not ship yet? I ordered the last day of this promo 1/28, it's been 3 business days and my order still hasn't shipped since Sunday...
I also ordered last day. I never got an email saying it was shipped. My order didn’t even show up on my account lol. But it was delivered today

I made an order on 1/27 and had two packages from the order delivered, but I wasn't notified that they shipped and tracking was never sent to me for either of them. Only problem is one of the packages that arrived came empty so I'm waiting to see if there's another package left to arrive from the order before trying to contact GameStop.

Same here with lack of shipment info from a weekend order. Already received 1 of the 8. Looks like their systems are messed up in a new way now that they fixed the prices shown on packing slips.
Thanks I was wondering why I didn't receive any email shipment notification. The GS app also doesn't show my order as shipped/tracking info yet.

They definitely have not fixed prices shown on the packing receipts still as I get plenty of them with the non promo prices. All my 4 for 40 titles still said their original before promo prices.

I just received my delivery today and yesterday for the games ordered. It was from a store order, by the look of the invoice. I rarely get any packages from their warehouse anymore.
All games were discounted with the reflected promo on the invoice. I had to return one game since it was a generic casing, they didn't give me any issues about it.
