What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

me missing out on the consoles doesn't hurt me too much since I bought a console,Kinect, and games for $200 and traded it in for about $380.
 
Finally getting around to testing the consoles so I don't take something that's broken without knowing it.  The first one which I just finished is the LN graded one which is a matte finish one which is all scuffed up.  They also clearly don't wipe these consoles since it has someones profile on it and a bunch of full titles bought and downloaded to the system. :rofl:

We'll see how the second one is.

Second system that was good rated is a shiny model and scratched like crazy but was wiped this time though. The matte system actually feels nice and solid where this shiny one feels like a cheap piece of junk.

I just got one of the two ordered 360s. The other is still stuck in "not yet shipped" phase. Mine was listed in good condition and it came in its own original box with everything. The console (is a shiny black one with chrome trim) has some scruffs and scratches on the top and one corner has a little dent. I have not tested it yet to see if it works and everything and probably won't get to that sometime later in the weekend. For what I paid for it, I can't complain. Overall very happy with the purchase. :D

Now that people are getting theirs, including myself, definitely a deal of the year in my books.

Ah, I see what you mean. No they were in their individual compartments nice and neat without the baggies and the twist wires that hold them tight and wound in place. This one is obviously a used system but all the other accessories look in like new condition but the console is certainly in good condition.

I asked cause I also got a "good" GOW3 one and I cannot wait any longer to get it. Its schedule to arrive on Monday even with prime via FedEx. Hopefully I do get both controllers with it

 
Im extremely glad I managed to get one xbox.  Wont be here until next week. my original slim is having problems piece of shit power brick fan gave out on me.  Its only a year old too :(

Everything should be there but the condition will vary like mine to almost new. You should be fine. However, Monday can't come soon enough! :D

Not sure how you got a Matte console. I think all 250GB systems that come with Kinect are Glossy. Check the storage space and see if you have 4GB internal memory.

Funny thing is that my Halo 4 just shipped from the same location my 360 did in Indiana with FedEx and my Halo 4 will arrive on Saturday unlike the 360 which it says Monday. Hopefully both will arrive tomorrow

Glad to hear all the success stories! I didn't get to score a console/handheld but it's probably for the best (or I keep telling myself that). Don't have much room in my apartment for another console, and I've been noticing the recent glares my gf has been giving me so it's probably for the best to lay low and stop buying on the impulse of cheap :p

Yeah, that's a lie. I'm sure as hell going to buy more now that I got a Prime membership....

Thats what I plan on doing ;) Hopefully the TIV doesnt plummet by next week. I just checked the order status and it left Hebron KY, says I wont be expecting it until the 22nd but, with my exp. in ordering I usually get things a lot quicker then what it says.

They are more durable, its not the system that is having problems. Its the power brick. Its a known issue with slims, id rather have that go out then the whole system.

My gf has been extremely pissed about all the games Ive been hoarding in the past month. Besides the fact of that shes even more pissed I got another PS3 lol, not like I bought it though it was a gift from a friend. I have absolutely no space where my entertainment system is I havent even hooked up the ps3 yet Ive been trying to figure out where to put it. I wanna play dragons crown!!

Received my LN Skyrim Legendary 360 for $31.96 and it's sealed with the Microsoft seal. The only issue I can see is a slight wrinkle in the insert, but it's very minor.
 
Second console got here. Has some scuffs on it and looks a little worse than the other even though it arrived neatly packaged. More so than the like new one. Of course still satisfied. :D
