What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I would love to see a PS3 for cheap (doesn't even have to be 30). I've been trying to hold out until Black Friday for one as I'm without one currently. Of course the same can be said for a Vita too, lol.

I'm no expert but I doubt we'll see those types of deals. With as much attention as this grabbed and as many people were picking up items while waiting it would almost seem wise for amazon to throw a few old consoles or CE's out for cheap just for the attention. I know one person spent ~$80 on older titles while waiting. I'm sure a lot of people picked up something that wouldn't have if it weren't for all the attention those deals grabbed.

Question.  When you select the video games main page, it breaks down the listings for Nintendo, Playstation and Xbox.  However when you click on Playstation it displays stuff for all systems (360, wii u, 3ds, etc.)  Why is that?

 
Never got in on a cheap console (had a FF 360 and a Vita in cart before they got snagged though), but I did get my cheap orders of BF3 and Halo 4 in today.  2 of the BF3's were Limited Edition (which trade back in to Amazon for $11) so keep an eye out for that if you ordered any.  And 2 of my Halo 4's were actually New and still factory sealed (AWD sticker on the outside of the plastic and the Microsoft seal is still intact underneath).  I think AWD was just trying to be nice since they knew I didn't get in on the cheap 360/Vita fun despite being so very, very close... :)

Damn, I got a couple Halo 4s and they were all used, with the bad stickers. Although, I did find a 14 day gold trial in one.

Poor search engine with a side of lack of organization. It's unfortunate you can't filter out the exact system you're looking for (or arrange by price for that matter).

It would take away from the crapshoot that AWD is... which is half the fun!!! XD

 
Is this gonna be a daily thing now or something? Everyone is way to excited because those random deals that have only happened those couple of days. It rarely EVER happens. Should be greatful it happened 3 /days in a row inventory doesn't get updated like that often.

I doubt it will happen like that again anytime soon, but people have fun with it so I am guessing that's why.

 
I posted this earlier, but I was on the bottom of the page:

Does Amazon ship on Saturdays? I opted for the free "Super Saver" shipping for my Vita, and it hasn't shipped. If I remember right, they do, and it's through USPS, but I'm not sure.

 
This has been a daily thing for me. I randomly check this thread and just happened to check it during the 360 post. I wasn't sitting here refreshing. Just lucked out with timing.

Since getting the 360 I been paying more than the usual amount of attention to this thread though and I had a cheap Vita in my cart but missed it. Picked up some cheap games too, Halo 4, Dark Souls: Collector's Edition, etc, etc

Sorry I ment to respond to you, yes they still ship on saturday. Dont worry about the Vitas youll get them when you get them. If the payment went through already your gonna get what you paid for amazon usually honors everything they sell even if its a mistake.

And to Danish Maggot, yes I dont think it will happen again for a long while. Maybe when next gen is released MAYBE. Ive been watching AWD for a while now and this hasnt ever happened until recently. Thats why Im saying I dont understand why everyone is trying to lose sleep over this its not worth it.

Has anybody gotten their Vita's yet? Mine was delivered today but unfortunately I'm not at home til tomorrow night. Just wondering if the "LN" actually is in decent shape.

Seriously though, This thread has turned into people bitching and moping. I cant wait for it to be normal again.



Same thing with the trolls there never used to be those in this thread until recently with these deals.. Hopefully when these people leave this wont be a chat thread anymore and go back how it used to be.

Also trying to return someone awd do you always have to go through cs I wanted to return the mw3 hardened for not having the accessories like the journal and just the steel book and it said contact costumer service needs special handling.

You can email them or call its really up to you. You want to return it completely? They will probably refund you a % or all of it just depending on the situation. Give them a ring or email :) whatever makes you comfortable

No its normal for prices to go up and down with AWD. You snooze you lose. They drop prices every so often on items they have a mark a low mark they get down to if no one buys it by that time it will bounce back to the original price.

Well I ordered 2 both were the same condition.. One was for a buddy kinda dumb it says like new when they don't include anything but the game guess ill talk to them tomorrow then..

Csr in the chat gave me 5 promotional credit for the controller I missed in awd.. Added with the 5 dollar fb promotion and the 10 dollar credit I already got for their late shipment for my buddy with ontrac local shipper in CA, I was able to score the controller new for about the same price so that makes me happy.. Hopefully they will credit my video games I bought then tomr on awd and but they have been credit happy alot lately. Lol
