What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I think it is. Check your orders page and you should be able to apply unused credit in there.

I don't think you can add a code...only Gift Card money. (Which is what credit is if you received trade in monies)

I don't have any more credit either, that must be why. Alright, going to trade in the two Mario Kart's I ordered and keeping the last two for myself. A good $30+ profit onto my PS4!

I got my first ever AWD purchase (and first ever video game collector's edition) in the mail yesterday- a LN GoW: Ascension collector's edition- and I'm very happy with it.  Both the steelbook and the figure looked brand new without a sign of wear or scratches on them.  The digital codes had already been redeemed, but I expected that.  

Not bad for $25.xx!

It's alright. It said there were 3 left in stock when I checked out so technically I was earlier in line. I don't know how I lost. Lol.

 
Nabbed Tales of Xillia (LN) for $37. Got the LE, which was a pleasant surprise, but the plastic case and instructions are from Tales of Graces f. No costume code, but the book and soundtrack were there so I think it's a fair trade-off.

 
Man I want the LE contents for Killer is Dead but I personally don't think the game is worth more than $15 at most. There's no way I'm getting the LE stuff without overpaying :'(

Grabbed one of those BLOPS2 for $16 but now it's status has switched to "we're going to cancel this soon".  Missed the Mario Karts while buying Maddens.

Well, my Terraria CE showed up finally (no Prime, so Super Saver for me) and what a disappointment. Supposed to be Very Good, and it appears sealed, but they shipped it in a bubble mailer and it is CRUSHED.






Now, would crushing like that drop a sealed to Very Good? Or should I complain?

Well if you want it in that condition then complain, they'll either let you keep it and give you your money back or give you a discount. If that's too crushed for you then return it.

 
So I got my Like New GoW A CE today, the CE box was open, but stuff was not broken.  Statue looks brand new, case is nice good, has a scratch in the same spot as the one form Eldritch so it might be a factory issue in the lip of the case.

Codes were already redeemed though :(  So if anyone has an extra code I would appreciate it a lot! :) 

 
I grabbed the Borderlands 2 Deluxe Vault for $27 Good. I then found out not to expect a steelbook version so I'm kinda sad because It looks like a steel in the picture for me. Its already in shipping soon so I cant cancel. I will see what I get when it arrives on Friday.

Wish I could have grabbed that BO2 copy for $16! thats a steal. I would definitely pick up a copy for
 
Alright, so I got my crap load of packages from AWD. First of all, props to UPS for leaving all 4 envelopes under my doormat. Saved me a trip to my apartment office. On to the games:

1. Unit 13 (LN): Came complete with online pass

2. New Super Mario Bros. 2 (LN): Came complete with unused Club Nintendo Code

3. PS3 Sly Cooper Thieves in Time (LN): Case and game, no paperwork, ...and guess what... INCLUDED THE VITA DOWNLOAD! It had not been activated yet. So glad I didn't cancel that!

4. GTA Chinatown Wars (DS) (A): Cart only in plain black ds case. Cart was in great condition.

5. Phoenix Wright Justice for all (A): Cart only in plain black ds case. Cart was in great condition.

Overall I think I spent $50 on all of that (excluding a $20 Amazon giftcard). Pretty good haul, I'm happy with it.

 
Damn good deals today on the wii and bo2 and the madden deals.. I needed more amazon credit didn't have any at he time and had a interview missed out today. Going to get some amazon gift cards and hope for the best soon..

Don't feel for me. I'm at 2K now. Not problems here.

But I would have thought that the most important part of what you said was that it was a "cash in" and that's why it the collectors editions weren't rare (since that's what caused your initial reply). In no way was I denying that it was originally going to be a DLC. In fact, I agreed to it and expanded on that topic.

I was merely calling out that the game in no way rushed since there was roughly a year between it being decided to be made into a full game and it's release. It wasn't just turned from DLC to retail. And Deep Silver had nothing to do with that decision, as you stated they did.
 
Big drama at my apartment -.-

UPS used to be able to just drop off to the main office now they said no more and they have to deliver to 300 apartments in my complex.

Best get my packages within 2 days with prime still
