I picked up Sin and Punishment for the Wii ($5) and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition ($12).
The had a variety of other games, I picked these up in Leominster MA.

The worker said the prices will steadily decrease, but he is not sure when the next drop will be.

They had an assortment of other games on ALL consoles.
Some hidden gems.

Just look for the games with a Lime Green tag on them. They all say "Was $##.##" but don't give the real price until you check them either at a register or kiosk.

I just got back and found a few old Vita games for about a buck each.

Picked up Little Deviants, Fifa Soccer, Hot Shots Golf, and Lumines.

Today I grabbed 15 crap ps2 games for a quarter each that I'm going to use to replace the cases for some of my used ps2 games. I had been contemplating spending about $2 each online for replacement cases so I am really glad to have found them.

If there's a way you could post that list here it would probably be immensely appreciated.
I would, but I really need to keep my job. I'm sure I could get out of there with them somehow, but I'm not going to risk it.

Also, to KillerCrane, I'm not letting on what location I work. Sorry. I was going to say it says we have a lot left...but a lot of those are variance between what we actually have and what the computer says we have. Honestly, there was no games on that report other than used PS3 games, I think.

I went by my local TRU yesterday and it's the same as it was two weeks ago when they removed all the colored clearence stickers from everything except a few toys.

I'm jealous of all you who got decent deals.

What if I just guess where you work? I have it narrowed down. Lol.

Back on topic - there was mention of a BOGO with the leftovers, any indication of when that might happen? Might make for a good Labor Day sale but that is just me spitballing.

Checked my store yesterday, and anything that still had a colored sticker was pretty much tossed into 4 or 5 tiny, mostly ravaged bins.  I think the only games in there were three used ps3 copies of Disney Sing It (one of them without shrinkwrap even).  Most of the good stuff was gone weeks ago, but they still had some stuff left on an endcap at that point.  I guess they even managed to get rid of the few dozen copies of Epic Mickey 2 for the Wii...haha

Last night, I saw a bunch of NHL 12 PS3, NCAA Football 2012 PS3 and Epic Mickey 2 Wii; all for $1 each. Looks like someone cleaned them out or TRU removed them from the sale.

Went in last week with my wife and picked up a few cheap deals including Glee Sing-It for the 360 for all of $3 (with a mic). My daughter loves to sing, so it's an easy stocking stuffer.

I decided to drop in one last time today and all signage was gone, as were the bins of clearance stuff.  From what it looked like, the store jumped the gun and got rid of it all early.  I did find another green tagged kid's bike helmet, just like the one I bought for my oldest daughter last week.  For 1.25, I'll hold on to it until my youngest gets big enough for it... or my oldest completely eats it and needs a new helmet.

It should start tomorrow, provided the stores do the markdowns and such in a timely manner, but as Darthvdogg said, there is A LOT to go through. I wouldn't be surprised over the course of the next few days the markdowns are supposed to be done it wouldn't get put out little by little if whatever particular store you go to has lots left. Everything is supposed to be out on the floor for this by Friday.

I'd appreciate it if you didn't? I came on here to give details to interested parties, and tomorrow it won't even matter because this will be common knowledge to everyone that's not on this site. And yeah, I heard that too. Plus, as Shin said, it's going to take awhile to get through this stuff, especially seeing as how resets/phase changes are happening now and I'm scheduled to do those as well as this markdowns.

Cool. Thanks for the information.

No worries...just busting balls, man. I (and a ton of others) appreciate the help we get from people such as yourself.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my fellow CAGs on this thread.  Over the course of the last couple of weeks I've been able to get a few great deals from the Toys R Us clearance.  Nothing on this list was actually marked in my stores & the only way I knew they were clearance was you guys & gals.  Many of these were directly mentioned in this thread:

Skylanders Giants Portal Owners Pack for 3DS ($5)

Disney Infinity Display Cases ($1.50)

Castlevania ($3)

And miscellaneous toys that I'll use as stocking stuffers come Christmas

But even better IMO, were the deals that I found through experimentation based on others' posts:

Skylanders Spyro's Adventures X360 ($2)

Skylanders  Tower Case ($2)

Now my only problem is figuring out who gets what come Christmas time between my own daughters & my nephew.

Thank you all!

That was cool.. I finished my last price adjustment yesterday and as I was working out I heard the manager say to the lady no more price adjustments..   It's a bit too late for that as the sale is over :p

Went to a TRU last night before closing not too shabby picked up a few items , some viva tar cameras monster high Ipod clocks cars video recorders a tablet and a few games some crossword plus and a few spyro Skylander adventure 3ds sets this sale was gold add in the price adjustments and all the games the Playmobil sets dolls figures this has been a goldmine kudos tru kudos :)

I always feel bad for those kids who have to walk around wearing a helmet.

Better than being denied adjustments. Never was able to get them to adjust mine.

But did return the higher priced stuff whenever I found dup's at the lower price.

Someone got a really cheap COD Ghost from my return. Though, don't know if that's still too much. Sheesh that's a boring game.

My friend just went by and said you could get an item free when purchased with another regular priced item.

Items are at .04 cents but must get purchased with a regular prices item in order to be free. They cant be bought at .04. This sucks. THe lowest priced item I saw was $1.49 for hot wheels.

I'm gonna swing by and check this out. There were some super random ps2 games left yesterday. If I can buy a hot wheels car and get some free stuff I'm in. Is it one free item per regular priced item?

Not sure what would be worth; I really didn't have anything else to buy over there, and those Kre-O Enterprise/Klingon D7 sets wouldn't be worth it (or valid for that matter, they're on normal clearance).

Yeah, so. Okay. The deal is yes, you need to purchase a regularly priced item to get anything left on the sale. Which is TOTALLY DIFFERENT than what the original planner for this project said. It did say you could straight out buy those items at 0.04, last time I checked. Not anymore! Now you have to buy that item. They ring as free regardless if you buy something or not. No markdown at initial purchase.  Hence, why, one  of cashiers essentially gave away 32 items on this clearance event buy just ringing them through...and it came up at 0.00...

Everyone got yelled at about that. Even though, as price change dude, I printed what was supposed to be printed. Damn sale has changed about 3 times over the last week.

Just came back from my old store.  They were told within the hour by their district manager that all items are free regardless of purchase.  It seems they just want these items out of stores now.

Snagged a drum machine for my son today and 2 toy story things - one 2 figure space set with Jessie and Rex and one single figure Jessie that talks when you pull her string. Pretty happy for those.

Left 3 copies of dj hero for ps3 and a used Hannah Montana ps2 game and some ps2 darts game... And like 12 copies of Jonas...

Picked all this up for $2.97.

TRUfree.jpg

The Bob-ombs were on clearance for $0.37 each.

The ? Blocks were on clearance for $0.62 each.

Everything else was free with purchase.

Thanks again to all those who shared updates about this clearance event!

I got one of those bomb-ombs for full price once, hah. Wish my store still had some.

Got some free stuff today without purchase, imagine babyz since someone posted about the CN code inside, truth or lies and some ps3 move just dance game.  Got a few random 20cents games the other day for ps2: that riding star game that I think has been in the bargain bin since 1994, women's volleyball, golf, some others that I forget, and of course a jonas as a souvenir of this sale.

Man of Steel figures
Amazing Spiderman figures (not Amazing Spiderman 2)
Avengers figures (not Avengers Assemble figures)
Toy Story Space Rex and Jessie Set
