I'll PM a Goat Simulator steam key to the first 4 CAG Steam regulars with 1,000+ posts that quote this.

Only quote if you don't already have the game though..

You guys can only redeem one Steam key for Goat Simulator per account, FYI. It's not an orgy simulator.
That sounds like a perfect idea for a between battle minigame in the next Rome: Total War game.

Anyway I'm gonna sign off for the night to go beat o... uh go play Goat Simulator.

He didn't have 1k posts. I gave the last key to The End

Not many, actually. I think I only lost twice, and I gave one key to Bruticis.. so I used about 8 accounts (but they were premade before the giveaway)
Ah, my mistake, I was only counting quoting replies to you. Didn't bother checking their post counts, left that for you to spoder yourself.

I once made a dummy fb account for promotions, but some safety feature of theirs demanded to know personal info from the account. I had completely bullshitted the info on it, not expecting that, so I've never been able to use it since the first day I made it.

Haven't bothered making another since ...

If Palinn doesn't have it, give it to her. She just missed out on the Goat Sim giveaway.

EDIT: Never mind. Malkan posted first. It should be his.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but Space Farmers has cards now.
F it. Anyone want this? Quote post if you think you're worthy.

I'd like Space Farmers.

Also, I don't have Goat Simulator. I'm a Steam noob.

Had just enough time before work to get in some Goat Simulator action and it was pretty fun. I can imagine it being a great local co-op drinking game.

Defense Grid 2 continues to disappoint on the voice work/dialog/story side, but impress in the gameplay department. If you were totally into Defense Grid, the extra maps, and the expansion, you will get tons of game time out of DG2. The only thing that irks me right now is that the Steam Workshop allows people to upload maps for people to discuss, but you can't actually download them into the game and play. The dev is paywalling user created maps into their in-game store. So if a user wants to create a map for others to play, they have to host the file themselves, and other users then have to download and place it into the appropriate folder to play. Terrible.

Good to know! Tower defense is one of my favorite genre and I played the hell out of the first Defense Grid, both on Xbox and PC!

That's... way less good to know. I'm pretty sure they promoted the chance to create and play custom maps through Steam Workshop far and wide before release, so did they go back on their word or is it something they're willing to implement in a future update? Maybe the paid extra maps are some sort of premium content made by developer themselves? I'm just speculating as I don't have the game yet, but I won't be particularly impressed by such a dick move pulled off at the last moment either...

Nope, there are already 4 user made maps in the in-game store up for sale, $1.99 each.

edit: Which makes me wonder how difficult it'd be for someone to buy, then just toss up on a filesharing system, and other players could just download and toss in the appropriate folder. Not sure how elaborate their scheme is, but I still think it stinks to lock down the Workshop.

Man, this Steam music player is not what I was hoping for.  I guess it was unrealistic, but I was hoping for some sort of cloud-based solution where it would automatically play the soundtracks of games I own after scanning my library.  If I have to create a directory on my hard drive and dump mp3s in there it's really no different than having Winamp in the background.  Did I miss something?

It seems a lot of people got the 6180 the moon coupon, I did too (if not I imagine there's some available on Coupon Dumpster). Anyway, it stacks with the already there discount knocking the game's price down to $1.32. I took a chance on it and its not a bad little game. I imagine its bundle fodder at some point, but the cards were expensive at the time I picked it up (about 5 mins after I got the coupon) so it worked out to a .40 cent game for me. Unfortunately, the card market has already been killed for it as the cards are all cheap now, but Id say its worth a risk with the coupon.

Game is in the vein of Thomas Was Alone. Its not quite as endearing as that, but thats what I was reminded of.

I would've given the game to you for free. Everyone has it
