Not enough praise?! It might be my game of the year for the podcast I co-host, lol. I've always likened it to PW meets SAW. And yes, the game gets even better as you go along.

Weird. I played it for about 4 hours yesterday on PS4 and didn't have a single issue. Regardless, I'll always agree people should save often. Psycho Mantis told me I'm likely to kick my tires before driving, lol.

 
Can anyone comment on whether Far Cry 3 Ultimate extras are worthwhile? I have the vanilla disc version, but I might sell that to offset the price of the "Ultimate" version. Thanks.

From what I read, it includes all the DLC excluding Blood Dragon. If that came in the bundle for free, it really would be the ultimate edition.

Well, I just preordered something for the first time ever on PSN (REmake). Never played the GC version and that was my first non-sports game I played on the PS1. Here's to looking forward to midnight to see how it all goes down.

The freezing didn't even start until about 7-8 hours into the game in Capital City, so it was also perfectly fine up to that point for me.

Not yet, but I'm in chapter four right now at 14 hours having beaten 5 of 11 bosses and collected 16 of 40 recruits for perspective. I'm sure people could beat it more quickly by mainlining the content, turning down the difficulty, and not exploring, but it seems to have plenty of content for me.

 
Double post... So I will use this space to say the Patriots suck and the Seahawks are going to blow them out of the water! Can't win a game when the football if properly inflated huh Mr. Brady?

Thanks to everyone's advice. Grabbed the PS2 GTA series, Trails and YS. GTA was cheap and I wanted to support Falcom and Xeed so they might port more games in the future(one can hope at least). Was tempted to grab yhe SE games but will hold out a bit more since they seem to go on sale a bit more frequently.
Just curious, has any of the SE rpgs gone on sale more than 50% off?

dont know to buy the game on Vita or 3ds. I think the 3ds would have a little bigger screens but the VITA seems to be more powerful

Poop. I wound up getting Trails in the Sky, Ys: Oath in Felghana, and Final Fantasy IX. Normally, I wouldn't buy so many adventure games, but YouTube footage made Ys and Trails look SO GOOD. Now I'm stuck with two bucks I can't spend and I really don't want to add to my PSN wallet.

A question... are there any PSOne games I should consider anyway? Or LocoRoco? I like Soul Reaver in theory but I'm not sure I could groove with the gameplay. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Yeah, the few things I've ever bought at full price digitally have always been regrets. Something like this that is bound to go on sale and is a one play through deal definitely would join that list.

Well this all but confirms tomorrow will be the shittiest sale of 2015. I was going to use it on Ratchet: Deadlocked to save a whopping $1 regardless though haha. Really want that.

I think it's going to be a repeat of last week (think it was last week) with absolutely nothing on sale at all.

 
Man, they even exclude the discount on subscrption purchases. We can't even use this for PSN Plus...

Sony chose the worse way to release this discount. I am extremely disappointed.

Would have been worse if they announced this Wednesday after people bought stuff on sale on Tuesday. Or if absolutely nothing is on sale this week.
 
Mass effect trilogy on disc or this mass effect 2 complete for 8, picking up the rest later. What's the better option? I'm thinking the discs but just want to confirm with the CAG community.
 
found my old   psp and  got  Trails in the Sky and

Ys Oath in Felghana.  No reason to pay 14 bucks just to play them on the vita.   that  money could go towards COE

pick up COE tomorrow  for  11.99 on vita  or   almost 13 on the 3ds (tax)  or wait till the weekend and grab the vita one for  1.20 less  (10.79 vita or  12.76   3ds)

I didn't know it was a VN when I bought it. I knew it was 'dark' (sounds good) and had murder mysteries (sounds good) but had no idea what the game was past that. Ace Attorney comparisons meant nothing to me, since I've never played that. Everyone raved about it, so I bought it on sale.

I did the same thing with VLR, but at least that had solid room escape puzzles and not a collection of minigames.

Easily worth it. Rivals is Most Wanted, but prettier, and some of the cop/racer mechanics of Hot Pursuit added in.

When I go to queue up PSV and PSP games I purchased through this sale... and even when looking for games to purchase..

Why does it list PSP and PSV games as "Playable on PS3"??

Is it just because they can be downloaded to the system, or are they playable now?

Just double checking, as I said stupid question entirely.

You can download it to your ps3 to transfer to vita/psp. You can't actaully play it on the ps3.
