Amazon's Warehouse Deals has Rocksmith 2014 cable bundle for $51.44 in good condition on the PS3, if anyone is interested. I'm not sure if I'll bite yet, I'm really counting on a Black Friday deal. But an extra cable could come in handy, I've heard that they're not super reliable...?
Ordered my copy at midnight last night, looks like scheduled delivery is tuesday, despite shipping from Indiana and I'm only in Michigan. Oh well, I can wait a bit longer.
I just played it a couple days back and had very little issue finding matches in multiple different modes, I'd say that it's definitely worth downloading. It's still lots of fun and all the DLC maps are free now.
I'm still struggling to nail those down as well, I can't find a comfortable or natural position to use.
On another note, I'm dying to get RS 2014, I could use some new songs for my setlists and I've heard its teaching mechanics are far superior than the originals and I'm losing motivation. But...
Amazon is letting you sign up to be notified if the Launch Edition comes back in stock again, before the page said they didn't know when or if they would get any more, so that's a good sign. Hopefully there will be a restock soon with less than 2 weeks to go before launch.
Bummer, I placed an order for a DS4 but Amazon says they're out of stock now. You can still buy them, however. I'm wondering if they are just talking to Sony about when they can ship them since Gamestop already let so many out into the wild.
